Please switch off the lights and air conditioning on leaving the apartment. Respect the environment. 13\. The main entrance door has to be kept closed safely. 14\. The apartment must be left perfectly clean and in a perfect state. Waste bag or garbage has to be left in the container outside the building. Should this not be the case, the security deposit will not be returned. 15\. The replacement of lost/stolen keys will be charged to the client, up to 50 Euros per key. 16\. It is not permitted to use the apartment for any other purposes except as a vacation rental within the terms of the reservation made. 17\. Nimrod Erez shall have the right to apply this deposit to cover guest’s obligations including additional rent, repairs and similar expenses. This security deposit is refundable at check-out if there is no damage to the unit, and if it is left in a clean condition. Missing items, damage to premises and excessive cleanup, the guest will be charged. 8\. Under no circumstances is the guest permitted to make any alterations or changes in the apartment of whatever kind. 9\.
