“First room we were assigned smelled like a urinal. We immediately walked out. They were super nice and changed immediately with no fuss. Second room Bathtub had mold along the caulking and tub drained super slow. We were there for medical appointment so ended up staying since it was just one night but was not thrilled with the cleanliness of it. Also, pool area should not be a smoke area. We got ran out because one person decided to smoke and I can’t be around smoke even outside.”

“I paid nearly $600 for one night and did not receive the room I booked. I reserved a king-bed room, but upon arrival it was unavailable, and I was given an uncomfortable queen-bed room in a separate tower. The bed was small and uncomfortable, and I slept terribly. This was supposed to be a relaxing weekend, but I left more tired than when I arrived. Very disappointing experience for the price.”

“The biggest surprise was the tile floors, shower, bathroom facilities plus bedding... All new and clean!. Really all of it was impressive for a small metro motel. It's a port town, but we followed Expedia's recommendation and we're pleased we did.”
