This is a beautiful property. Well maintained and stocked with essentials. The setting is gorgeous and peaceful. Parking was a bit of a hassle (very steep),but managed. .

Lovely secluded cabin!

Very clean and as described. Decorated for the holidays and overall wonderful. Easy communication and welcome snacks. Would stay again and recommended. The only thing is the cabin is not close to anything (which may be a good thing).

Great weekend getaway

What an amazing place to stay!! Everything we needed was there. The waterfalls and porch were our favorite. We grilled out with friends and built a fire for s’mores ❤️ Couldn’t ask for nicer folks to rent from Thanks !!!

Comfortable cabin

We had a great time at this house. Is was just enough room for all 6 of us. We loved the falls and stream as well as the bear sightings right in front of the house. We were safe inside.

Tail of the Dragon

Great place, hosts were great and the cabin was very clean. There’s almost no internet or cell service- which was excellent! 😃 Would highly recommend for a Dragon Tale drive

Perfect retreat

We rarely stay in hotels for vacation anymore. Of all the homes we have rented over the last 10 years this property is the best yet!!! If you are looking for a peaceful, clean , well stocked retreat this is it!

Amazing

This is a beautiful property - the pictures don't do it justice. The house is super clean, modern, well-stocked, everything you could need on vacation and then some. Great for special getaway, family trip, friends trip, you name it. It's just a special place, can't reccommend it highly enough.

Beautiful home and property

We rented this property to celebrate my parents' 50th anniversary. It was perfect. There were many beautiful places to take pictures, and everyone enjoyed relaxing by the waterfall. The house was stocked more like a Bed & Breakfast than a typical VRBO!

Best rental we have ever had!

Beautiful property and home, everything you needed. We were even provided eggs, milk, OJ, cereal, rolls for breakfast. Our grandkids had a blast playing in the creek and waterfall! We appreciated the kindness of the owners, Scott and Kristy.

We had never stayed in Maryville before. The plan for this vacation was to just relax and that’s exactly what we did. The cabin was wonderful, clean and spacious. The milk and snacks left for us was a nice surprise as well.

Family get away

My husband, daughter, mom, and I spent the weekend here with my brother. The house had lots of nice touches - some snacks, well stocked cupboards. We cooked all our meals here - even were able to roast hotdogs and make smores! My daughter loved sharing the "Bear " room with her Grandma. She enjoyed the books and decor. The waterfalls and creek are delightful. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place....

We had an amazing time here. The house is very clean and well stocked with everything you need. Breakfast items from farm freash eggs, cereal, milk, oj, muffins and more was great. Kristy the owner is super sweet and gave us great info on what to see and do. Enjoyed walking around the property and sitting on the deck. We stayed for 12 nights and didn’t want to leave. Will be back hopefully soon.

Perfect.....again!!

We love this property and book it for family whenever they visit. We ourselves have stayed here twice , once while looking for homes and again when relocating to Tennessee. The location is beautiful, the house is warm, comfy and inviting and the host is a pleasure to work with from the ease of booking, entering/staying and all the amenities and extras they provide their guests with. Perfect location for the west side of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park

Great location for a family trip, or friends wanting to ride the Dragon. Well stocked cabin; towels, hangers, high speed internet, big porch, outdoor fire pit, wild turkeys walking across the yard every morning. 12 minutes from 129 hub, quick access to the Dragon and Foothills Parkway. Then you can continue on to the Cherohala Skyway and Fontana Road/Moonshine 28. Lots of great riding or driving. From the cabin, it is a short drive to restaurants and groceries. I would recommend restaurants around Maryville; Blackhorse Pub Alcoa, Smoky Mountain Brewery, Calhoun’s, too many to list and for donuts, The Donut Palace.

Pictures do not do this home justice!

Spent Christmas in this lovely home. Owners put up a tree and decorated for us! Was impressed with home, bigger than pictures make it look, beautiful new home. Owner also stocked refrigerator with snacks and breakfast makings. This was by far our best rental and have been using VRBO for years.

Such a great house

There are really no details left out at this house. The owner communications were excellent. It was very well lighted for our night time arrival. The owners went way beyond by leaving extra treats and supplies for us. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks
