敬hotels.com 看圖片 與實際不符 因為去到當地還要取鎖匙去第二個地點入住 去到雖然佢話會給你的士的車費但去到法國房間地點與相片實際嚴重不符 四點的地方要共用廁所呢啲係民宿一般的風格不是酒店我房間本應有兩張四乘六的單人床加上有獨立洗手間仲有看到小小婷元以上資料根據hotels.com給我的相片第一印象 但因夜晚九點登記入住所以去到非常失望 我沒有其他選擇只能夠接受入住

乾淨

房間夠大，夠乾淨。附近没有吃的，天黑後較静，沒什麼人。若不介意行路，10分鐘內可以走到京都站。下次都會考慮入住。

不錯的酒店

十分意外酒店房間比想象中大，有長梳化还有枱及椅子，床與床間很濶落，厠所與洗浴分開房很方便，不用等候，拖鞋比其他酒店厚好穿舒服，酒店離車站不太遠,附近有食館及便利店,还境優静,是不錯的酒店

除了交通地理位置較偏離鬧區外，其他都很棒。101號房的日式庭園景觀和裝潢令人感到非常典雅和精緻。（但旅館好像完全不會理會客人的特別需求，傳e-mail也不回覆。）

Considerate service and helpful support

4 of us stay here for 3 nights that one of our friends have different special requests and the staff here very nice and helpful to provide solutions. The place is brand new with cozy and stylish design, the small cafe bar offers you a peaceful moment enjoying Kyoto's life.

大大的房間，新裝修，漂亮整潔舒適

這是一間新酒店，外表就是單棟的房子，共四層，一層有兩房，一樓是包獨立花園，四樓是有屋頂天花的。這裡日式裝潢，房間很大，像相片顯示的一樣，有獨立廁所及浴室，無錯，廁所同浴室分開架～真係比起其他酒店算大。拖鞋軟軟的，大大衣櫥，空間很多，平放四五六個喼都得。 一個字「正」！ 唯一美中不足是沒有泊車位，門口有收費的，都很便宜，但路很窄小，7人車要轉灣有點困難，最好揸小型車。

ホテルの方がとても親切でした。 お部屋も全体的に綺麗で、天井が高く広々としていて高級感があり、ベッドもふかふかでした！この価格でこれはびっくり！ 私たちは素泊まりでしたが、綺麗なお部屋で家族みんなで晩酌しながら幸せな時間を過ごすことができました！また京都に行ったら利用したいです！！！

The room was clean and big and the staff were courteous. We were just wondering why the television turns on in the middle of the night. We stayed there for 2 nights and the TV just turned on. We did not use the timer.

A local gem

I spent three nights at Rakurakuan with a friend in October. We agreed that if we're fortunate enough to return to Kyoto, we will definitely stay there again. The hotel was excellent value for money. It had spacious (by local standards) rooms that were spotless and stylish, comfortable beds, and a great shower. We loved the location on a quiet and atmospheric street. Buses and the subway were nearby and it was an easy walk to the train station and to the historic part of the city. The staff were absolutely wonderful. They were polite, friendly, and very helpful. On our last day we were able to leave our luggage with them all day as we continued exploring the city. They made a wonderful restaurant recommendation that was a local favourite (delicious) and they helped us call a taxi on our last day. I would love to stay here again any time!

Size of the room is good and not cramp. Very spacious. The staff are very helpful even to the point of helping my daughter wear her kimono. :) Hotel is one station away from Kyoto station. We recommend this for anyone visiting Kyoto.
