Best Resorts in Lake Tahoe

"Great little place! Perfect for a couple or small family. Great location, kitchen well equipped, comfortable bed and furniture in the living room. Yes, some of the furnishings may be dated but that is also part of its quaintness and charm. This place feels like a home. Easy walk to the public beach at Kings Beach, several restaurants and shops. Gave 4 stars for cleanliness for the bathroom rugs that need replacing. All else was fine. Plenty of fans and blankets. The water is much higher than pictured. Not sure if that depends on the time of the year (early Aug). We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend. Sunsets are great once the sun goes behind the mountain. It can get pretty bright before then!"

"The hotel was very clean and so was the room. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were there for a concert so it was great to have the arena within walking distance. The one and only gripes are that the room did not have body wash and the hot tub was not working. Overall it was a great two day stay "
