Check in was good. We got there a bit earlier than 4 and only had to wait a little bit. Holly was amazing and very helpful. If you need more towels than what is in the room, be sure to ask at check in because when we asked the next day around 1, they didn't have any extra towels which was a bummer ...

Sheets on bed were not clean I was switched to a new room. The rooms are very different some nicer than others. Breakfast good pool was very nice

Everything was great except the transportation being offered thru the hotel. We walked into the Village, wanted/requested a lift back to the hotel , received confirmation twice and no one showed up!
