A few issues, but easily fixable by owner
Cabin itself is nice. It's primitive, but we expected that. It's in a quiet neighborhood in a good location. That said, we were pretty turned off by a few things. The frying pans had old dried food stuck to them and there was quite a bit of old food in the freezer and refrigerator. The larger burner on the stove doesn't work (only heats up to lukewarm), although the smaller burner does heat up. Two of the lamps were missing light bulbs and the bulb in the night light was burned out. With a ladder servicing the upstairs bedrooms, a night light is kind of important. And a note for those with children--someone left medications in the medicine cabinet, so you may want to move those out of reach. Other than some maintenance issues and cleanliness, the cabin itself is perfectly fine. All it needs is a good scrubbing and some TLC.
