Property is updated. Parking behind gate made it feel safe. There are stairs to get to second level and top floor. Each room had a bathroom and they were clean. Decent stay. Im sure if we needed anything the host would have taken care of it.

We loved that this place, had everything we needed. The pillows and comforter so soft. Wasn't expecting an extra bathroom in the living room, which was great! Beautiful place. So cozy. The property it self is very clean and very tastefully decorated. Bathrooms were clean and fully equipped with towels and toiletries. Kitchen had all the appliances. Washer and dryer was an added benefit. The people upstairs checked-in in the middle of the night and made so much noise, we couldn’t sleep. That’s not property management’s fault. People are some times not considerate about other people’s comfort. The area and neighborhood was not a pleasant one though.

The Gilmore is a Queen space that feels like a cottage or a small home. It’s definitely a good place to stay if you are on a budget and want somewhere that’s clean.. they could improve on accessibility and keeping the common area more organized and clean.

The property itself is really nice, modern, no real complaints. Parking sucks. There was never parking on the same street. Had to park a couple blocks down and thats an uneasy feeling. Communication with the host is really good and fast if needed.

An apartment turned into a hotel. Not in a great neighborhood. Parking is a pain. Very limited street parking as everyone who lives in this area parks on the street. The room is nice and clean. The common area is nice.

Gilmore One was located conveniently to the LA activities I was involved. The property is clean and the condition of the property was good. Parking not being on site, was a concern, but I was able to find parking relatively easy within reasonable walking distance. I stayed at the property for 2 weeks. I was disappointed that I did not have housekeeping at least one time during my stay and the sheets were not refreshed during my stay. The property manager was responsive to any questions on a timely basis. I would stay at Gilmore One again.
