“We have been coming to this cottage for almost as many years as it has been available. It had been a while since our last visit, but we were very pleasantly surprised at how wonderful it still is. We enjoyed our trip so much, did more cooking at home than we used to and found the kitchen very well equipped. But the porch is still the best place on the whole property! That view is something!”

“Booked last minute and this was our first stay here. We were very happy with the both the cabin, the surroundings and the proximity to Fredericksburg and the surrounding area. There are multiple cabins in the compound and this would be the perfect location for several couples planning to visit the area but who don't want to share a multi-room house. Everything was clean and functional. We stayed in the Hope cabin which I gather is the smallest but we never felt cramped for space. The view out……

“I had such an amazing experience. My cousin was getting married at La Bonne Vie Ranch, so this location was perfect. I'm a flight attendant and we stay at noisy hotels all the time. I genuinely appreciated the peace and seclusion. If I ever visit Fredericksburg, Tx. again, I will definitely be staying at one of your lovely cabins!”

“Weekend started off rough! After traveling nearly 5 hours for a much needed weekend, my husband and I arrived (approximately 1 hour after check in time) to a dirty cabin. Our plans were to rest for a bit after traveling, shower and clean up before going out to eat for the evening. However, we walked in to a smell from trash that had not been emptied, a bed where the covers had been pulled up from the previous guest, wet towels hanging, wash cloths draped in the shower and a wet bath mat. “Perfect spot!!! We had an early morning spot to watch the sun rising from Enchanted Rock.. the trip was made much better due to a previous evening of sitting by the fire pit and drinking wine!! With a short drive to the park. Also this spot is close enough to Fredericksburg to make a weekend in the Hill country very relaxing. ”

“Did not Stay at this suite. Very unprofessional, not clear as how to get into the place. Empty house. Should not be advertised on VRBO. Asking for my money back. ”
