When we told our host of an issue, it was addressed and fixed in a timely manner. We had a trouble with a drain that had rusted off. "Had a great family break in Luz- weather was sunny and warm for early May! We have visited the Algarve and this area often over the last 20 years and will return. Loved our villa stay and spent a lot of time there relaxing and enjoying the fab views. The villa met all of our expectations- in fact it was bigger than we expected and lots of room for us to be together as a family and also have our own space. I particularly enjoyed sitting around the pool looking out to sea and reading....

"The Vila’s is located just in front the sea line . The villa contains 4 big suits and large living room and and well equipped kitchen. The garden is beautiful and the nice swimming pool was warmed and inviting . The view from the house is amazing overlooking the ocean and the cliffs around . The host was very friendly and cooperative . For us it was a wonderful vacation and we hope to enjoy it again in the future ."

"Casa de Figueria was perfect. I only wish we had more than 3 days bc enjoy it. Plenty of room for me, my wife, two boys, and 80 yr old dad. Garden and lemon trees were great. I paid extra for pool heating and that was a great choice. The kids stayed in the pool for hours (the air temp was a tad chilly - low 60s but the water was plenty warm). "Perfect location in the quiet village of Luz. If you don’ t mind walking just under 15 minutes into town and negotiating the walk back to the villa on the hill. We loved it! Had 2 issues that came up and owners and property managers were very responsive. We preferred the Luz location with a 10 minute taxi ride to Lagos whenever we wanted different restaurants or boat cruises. Lovely beach and easy access to cliff walks. "This is a quiet resort situated right on the coast. There are no restaurants on site but there is a bar and breakfast can be arranged. Bruno, at the front desk, helped us when we had some maintenance concerns. Anastasia, who served breakfast, was delightful. Only negative was that the double bed was too small and soft. "
