They supplied an abundance of bath towels and even beach towels The kitchen was well equipped with everything! The dock was the best part as we saw many fish and small sand sharks daily. The sunsets were spectacular and the pool was nice. The outdoor entertaining area was great to sit and relax to cool off. There is everything you need on the outside and inside the home. Vacasa was extremely helpful and responded quickly to our questions. I would rate this property a 10,000 if I could ! I could easily stay at this house for a month. It has everything you need. We played hours of corn hole, kayaked, watched the fish by the dock, swam and sunned ourselves by the pool, grilled out and watched playoff games in the outdoor kitchen/family area. The house was nice, property was nice, the pier was a major selling point. Privacy was good. Although Vacasa claims to have made an attempt to heat the pool prior to our visit, the pool heater was non-functioning when we arrived and remained non-functioning throughout our stay despite a telephone call to Vacasa and their re-assurances they would send someone over to fix it. We booked this trip to celebrate my moms retirement! We had 4 adults and it was everyone’s first time to the keys. We absolutely loved our stay! We spent the majority of our days in the pool, on the dock and hanging in the outdoor living space. We loved the dock and saw tons of wildlife during our week stay, including nurse sharks, barracudas, sting rays, lobster and lots of colorful fish! We also really enjoyed the kayaks. The house itself was very clean and well stocked. Everything in the kitchen was labeled and easy to find and put away which we loved. The ac worked really well and the beds were comfy. We had one small issue while we were there (which was no one’s fault) and the owners and property management team took care of it immediately! They were very communicative and easy to work with. Your listing caught our attention, and we are so glad it did, the place was amazing, it was beautiful, well set out, perfect location, we had a pool as well as the ocean,plenty of activities around the property, very clean and nicely decorated, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for our stay. Everyone had their choice of relaxing: in the pool, next to the fire pit, kayaking or watching television. Being in the “middle” of the keys made most things very accessible. The dock was great. The house is beautifully kept and had everything we needed and more. The covered patio area allows you to still enjoy the outdoors even with inclement weather. The house is quaint and laid out perfect for our vacation. We really enjoyed the outside area and the kitchen was well stocked.
