No Communication, Not honored.

Could not get a hold of property manager. Reservation not honored. On check in day, I was left stranded with no communication at all: email, phone, text. Had to get an hotel as emergency resource. I called VRBO customer service and they could not get a hold of the property manager either, but they authorized me to book my stay and then get a refund for the emergency stay.
