“Me and my 16 yrs old son stayed 4 days in March 2024. Appt. is small but works perfectly for 2. It is very clean and conveniently located on Magazine street. Great breakfast place is literally next door and a lot of nice restaurants in walking distance. We used tram to get to the downtown/french quarter and lyft to get in other paces. Highly recommend for a small party (one or 2 people). One thing to note: there is no views - windows are looking at the next door roofs. It worked for us but if...

“Literally a half block off Bourbon St but not too noisy, this apartment is Mardi Gras in decor, very comfy and exceptionally well stocked. I appreciated the throw blankets and extra Keurig cups. Next door is GW Fins, go there. Across the street is Arnaud's which we didn’t get to try, next time! The communication was exceptionally good, they kept us updated. When there was a glitch with the door, had it solved in five minutes. Would stay again!”

“We rented this place to visit our daughter who attends Tulane. The location (1 block from Fretet) is perfect! You can walk to great restaurants and stores and it was a 10 minute walk to campus. The apartment was clean well stocked and the beds were really comfortable. We will definitely stay here again”

“The house was in a great location. Felt safe walking to and from both Bourbon street and Frenchmen street. The house itself was a good size for our group. However, it could certainly use some maintenance. The walls were scratched up from the chairs in the dining space and the shower situations weren’t ideal. The outdoor space was good for what we needed. We could hear our neighbors through the walls at times, but nothing unbearable. Would recommend for large groups who are mainly needing a...

“Everything was clean and communication was easy with the host. It was a quick walk to the main area. There's some great places to eat in the area and the street car is convenient. Along the walk some of the streets had quite a bit of trash, but overall the stay was excellent. It was also nice to have our own parking space available.”

“Pros: Lugar muy amplio y céntrico, departamento muy equipado, a 20 min de bourbon st. Contras: si son mas de dos personas, el agua caliente no es suficiente, por si te quieres dar un buen baño.. será con agua helada. Indican que se puede pedir un check out extendido pero no te da opcion la liga. Asi que la salida es si o si a las 11 am. Ni pagando extra, adicional que los ventiladores de techo y la luz se prenden continuamente sin control, en la madrugada te pueden sacar un buen susto.”

“La televisión por cable no funcionó. Se reportó en recepción y no lo pudieron resolver. No limpiaron la habitación al día siguiente. Entiendo que no cambien las toallas pero, barrer y botar la basura lo deberían hacer a diario.”
