“I enjoyed my stay… a couple of the people at the front desk were a little bit rude on the way out, but outside of that we had a nice trip. Has a business travel vibe, but I didn’t want to stay in the French Quarter this time. ”

“There was not menu. It was a buffet. Yogurt, fruit, grits and bacon were good. Eggs were over scrambled for me. Did not like pancakes or French toast. Not fluffy or fresh. Husband said potatoes were good. I prefer to order. ”

“Here's the translation: "First time visiting New Orleans, full of excitement. However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.”
