“I really liked the Royal Sonesta. Check in was smooth, rooms were clean, grounds were beautiful. Check out was quick and they will even store your luggage for you if you’re not ready to head to the airport. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely go back.”

“The room was fine. The only thing is that I feel certain things were not cleaned well. Stains on doors and walls, in multiple spots; starting with the door of the room before you actually walk in. Also the baseboards were visibly stained. I did ask to check in early I feel like they could have said we will not have the room available until it’s time for check in. Because that’s when the room was actually available. Valet was efficient. Housekeeping came. I did enjoy my stay and would book again.”

“Wonderful hotel in the middle of everything to do in the French Quarter. Only downside was pool was in middle of renovation. Other than that it had everything you need and super friendly and helpful staff. Will stay agin”
