Camp ground has a Tiki Hut area, racquetball courts, tennis courts, volleyball courts, marina, horseshoe pits, basketball courts, playgrounds, softball fields, fish from the Indian river, retail store, a clubhouse and The Savannahs Golf Course. Just a short drive to the beach and the famous Ron Jon surf Shop in Cocoa Beach.
The camper is a 2022 Keystone Cougar with King size bed in the master, large bunk beds in the rear and fold out sleeper. A/C ducting throughout camper.
