“This property was off the beaten path of a small town that has very little to offer for travelers and we were told by locals the town was unsafe. This property had great people working at the security gate. Check in was difficult and not in line with the information given to us by the host. We were told to go to the office between 9-5 to get a parking permit but security indicated a paperwork authorization was not yet received by the host. Our check in was at 4 so we had to come back and wait……

“Beautiful location with mountain and ocean views right next to the pool. Your home was spacious enough for myself and my family. We loved the personal welcome with my name when we came through the door. The full kitchen and grill we used alot enjoying eachothers company at the 8 top kitchen table. “The view of the ocean was the only positive for this condo. The A/C consists of portable indoor units which are very noisy. The mattress on the bed was very thin and uncomfortable, as were the pillows. There is a lot of construction on site for building maintenance and so the parking lot is a mess. We had to park a quarter of a mile down the street. Walking to and from the car was dangerous and inconvenient, as the road is busy. The lock boxes are in a very poorly lit hallway.
