“This property was off the beaten path of a small town that has very little to offer for travelers and we were told by locals the town was unsafe. This property had great people working at the security gate. Check in was difficult and not in line with the information given to us by the host. We were told to go to the office between 9-5 to get a parking permit but security indicated a paperwork authorization was not yet received by the host. Our check in was at 4 so we had to come back and wait……

“The view of the ocean was the only positive for this condo. The A/C consists of portable indoor units which are very noisy. The mattress on the bed was very thin and uncomfortable, as were the pillows. There is a lot of construction on site for building maintenance and so the parking lot is a mess. We had to park a quarter of a mile down the street. Walking to and from the car was dangerous and inconvenient, as the road is busy. The lock boxes are in a very poorly lit hallway. “De accomodatie lag op een geweldige plek. Vlakbij betaalbare winkelstraten met veel eetgelegenheden maar ook in de buurt van een prachtige winkelstraat met de bekende duurdere merken. Ook Waikiki beach lag op enkele minuten lopen. Parkeren is wel een dingetje maar aldoende leert men en is er echt gratis te parkeren bij het kanaal of in de wat verder gelegen straten van de woonwijk. Wij verbleven met z'n drieën in het appartement en dat was goed te doen. Alles is goed geregeld door de eigenaar……
