Now let’s dive into the details… SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS The private bedroom is stylish and comfortable featuring a king-sized bed with plush duvet, lots of storage, large smart TV, and a peaceful retreat feel. Linens are provided. The living room features a full-size Murphy bed and a full-size sleeper sofa, offering flexible sleeping arrangements AND sunrise views right from bed. LIVING ROOM The living area features beautiful direct ocean views, chaise sofa, a 65-inch smart TV, and a dining table for four. The large window wall and balcony access create a bright, airy space perfect for relaxing, reading, working remotely, or enjoying meals with a view. KITCHEN The updated kitchen includes a stainless-steel refrigerator and full-size flat top range, microwave, granite countertops, and is equipped with essentials for preparing meals and snacks during your stay including drip and Keurig coffee makers with bowl filters provided, toaster, blender, hand mixer, pots and pans, mixing bowls, dishes, and utensils. It is stocked with everything you need for preparing meals, making snacks, or enjoying coffee and cocktails. We also provide a starter set of trash bags, dishwasher tabs, dish soap, sponge, and a roll of paper towels. BATHROOM The bathroom includes a large jetted tub and shower combo, commode, and vanity located just outside the bathroom area. We provide a hair dryer and iron, along with a starter set of toilet paper, shampoo and soap. BALCONY The private balcony overlooks the Atlantic and is furnished with 2 chairs and small bistro set. It’s the perfect place to watch the sunrise, sip a drink, rest your eyes, enjoy the breeze, or simply take in the view. RESORT AMENITIES Boardwalk Oceanfront Tower offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a lazy river, oceanfront lounging areas, sundecks, and direct beach access. Please review the “Other Things to Note” Section for updates regarding amenity closures. BEACH GEAR We provide two beach chairs guests are welcome to use. PARKING Complimentary parking for one vehicle is provided in the small open parking lot directly in front of the resort as well as the parking garage located across the street. The parking garage has a clearance of 7 feet and is one of the more spacious garages in Myrtle Beach. Access codes are provided on arrival day once the condo has been cleaned and inspected. Main resort entrances are step-free, although interior hallways and bathrooms may not be wheelchair accessible. The neighborhood Boardwalk Oceanfront Tower is located at 2300 N. Ocean Blvd. in the heart of Myrtle Beach. There is so much to do — and eat — within walking distance. Starbucks, Hot Tomatoes, SOHO, Tin Roof, Donald’s, Harry’s, Sea Captain’s House, and bagel and ice cream shops and more are all a few blocks away. The Convention Center is less than a half mile walk, and the Boardwalk and SkyWheel (CCMF) are also close by and walking distance. We are about a 10 minute drive from the airport. Getting around This area is ideal for guests who love exploring on foot. There are lots of restaurants, coffee shops, bars and popular attractions like the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, Sky Wheel, Convention Center and CCMF within walking distance of the resort. Uber, Lyft, and E-bikes are widely available throughout Myrtle Beach. Neat and clean. Comfortable for 2 people. Very small bathroom area with a showerhead hung about 7 feet above the surface of the tub. I am 5’2” and could not get any kind of shower spray so I had to bend under the actual faucet to wash and rinse my hair. An inexpensive extender rod would really help that situation. A good shower is a must at the beach! Location: we loved that the chair/umbrella rentals did not set up in front of this condo so the beach was clear and we had our pick of the area! But if you want a rental, they do set up really close so it wouldn’t be an inconvenience. The only drawback of our stay (totally out of the host’s control) was the work the city is doing on the temporary pier for the storm water runoff. We found out while we were there that they are in the middle of an 18 month project and there are two cranes out there making all sorts of noise throughout the day. At times the noise was so bad that we couldn’t hear the ocean we were sitting directly in front of, nor could we hear each other talking on the balcony when they were working. You can hear the work up and down the beach for about a mile in both directions so the noise is not specific to this condo. The pool and hot tub were clean but the lazy river didn’t look clean at all during our stay. Very uncomfortable living room furniture. Perfect for younger adults who won’t spend a lot of time in the room. Don’t recommend for older/seniors who may want to spend time relaxing in the room or on the balcony. High jetted tub that is difficult to get in/out of as there is no grab bar. Low profile toilet. Decent ocean front unit, for a short stay. Kids next door were a little noisy but they were having fun too. We needed a quick few day trip away from our busy day lives and we chose this property and it turned out to be a hidden gem. It was gorgeous all the way around. The apartment was clean and you can tell it was recently renovated. Plenty spacious for two people. I like that it had a separate living room with it's own TV and AC unit. The couch was comfortable with taste decorations. I would suggest installing a fan to offset the AC usage. If I one running I could turn on the fan and blow the cool air throughout the space w/o turning on the 2nd (just a suggestion). The location of the building is a bit sketchy. My neighbors were young adults who like to smoke funny cigarettes on the balcony, which kept us inside at times. The rooms were great and would stay there again. Just a short walk away from food and drinks. She was very informative and answered all questions quickly!!! She made everything so easy from scheduling to checking in to resolving any issues or answering any questions while we were there. The beach and condo were just what my wife and I needed. The condo was great! The location was great. Walking distance to most restaurants and other attractions. It was a short drive to and from the airport, about 15 minutes tops. We loved our stay. Unit is well decorated and has what you need to stay for a few days or a few weeks. Only complaint is the couch is quite uncomfortable for reading/ TV viewing and the shower head could use an upgrade. The building is a very basic high-rise motel style and a bit run down, but they are in the midst of some renovations.
