Awesome Place!

Our group had a great time staying at this property. There is so much space for groups and the backyard provides extra space. Neighborhood is quiet but close to the French quarter and a quick uber to Frenchman street. Would definitely stay again with a group.

Fantastic stay

Jerome was very responsive before and during our stay. The house is exactly as pictured and a short walk to the French Quarter.

Great Hidden Gem

The location is excellent, and very ease of check-in. I can’t wait for them to add a small fire-pit in the backyard (hint hint). Thanks!!

Terrible Stay

We had a sewage back up into the shower. The host came promptly to fix the issue, but did not adequately clean the mess. We left after one night. The host refused to provide any compensation, but VRBO gave us a refund for the nights we did not stay.

Nice Home

Really nice home close to the french qaurter. Very clean and big for homes in this area. It was a little too cold to enjoy the back yard but it looked really nice. Communication with Jerome was awesome!

Comfy Home Base

Great place to use a home base for a work conference. Loved checking out the Treme neighborhood and the Gumbo Festival. Walkable to the French Quarter. House had all the amenities and a great outdoor space. Host was helpful and very easy to get in touch with.

Christmas in NOLO

This property was fine for our stay over Christmas. Very clean and had all amenities that we needed. Check-in and check-out were easy. The house was well-appointed, clean and comfortable. The host was excellent and even called mid-week to make sure everything was going well and that we had everything that we needed. The neighborhood looked a bit sketchy when we got there, but we had no problems. Parking was always open right in front of the house and we were only a few minutes from the river front, french quarter or city park. Definitely would consider staying here again.

Place was Great!

This house was Perfect for our church group that came to New Orleans to ministe. Very clean, good neighborhood, nicely appointed. Jerome answered all our questions, and did a great job accommodating us. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Treme experience

It checked all the boxes I was looking for a birthday weekend in New Orleans we was close to all activities and French quarters it was clean and setup nice the address listed was not correct I went up and down the street a few times and finally called they was very helpful and answered quickly the tv didn't work for us but we never mentioned it because it was all that necessary overall would recommend you to book

Great stay for a NOLA wedding!

Think traditional old New Orleans shotgun house was just as pictured. The property was clean check in process, super easy. The owner even personally called to check on us and see if everything was OK and invite us to contact him with any questions or problems. Great service!

Good visit

Clean property and great Host. Water flow in kitchen faucet was low; good water pressure in bathrooms so we suspect the hardware may have some calcium buildup. Easy fix with a white vinegar rinse. Neighborhood not the greatest but for us guys it was fine. Easy access to restaurants and the WW2 museum. We left some charcoal for next user of the grill.

PRE-CRUISE NOLA VISIT

Overall, the stay was great! I was a little nervous when we first arrived due to the neighborhood, but I told my family, that this was the "authentic" New Orleans experience! We all ended up feeling very safe in the neighborhood. We walked about 4-5 blocks to catch the electric trolly car for commuting around. It was great! I'm the grandmother, my son & wife are 50, the children are 23-18. We were going on a cruise departing New Orleans celebrating the last high-school graduation and decided to incorporate a few pre-cruise days enjoying the awesomeness of all that is New Orleans. I always look for a large living room because we all hang out together even when watching TV. This house had two sofas (one a sectional). It had plenty of room to spread out!! Bedrooms were plenty and the size of them was very generous. The AC had a little trouble keeping up with the size of the house as well as the tremendous heat of the day. How-ever, we're from Texas and knew first hand how hot & humid New Orleans would be in August. The house was about to run out of toilet paper but we called the property owners and they rectified that little emergency. The kitchen was big enough and had everything we needed to make a big breakfast. Overall, we were pleased. Thank you so much for the use of your home! Sue C

Amazing House

This house was in a perfect location and we had access to the French Quarter as well as being close to the airport. The outside seating was great for coffee in the mornings! We loved the layout of the house as we had 4 women and we all had our own bedroom. Jerome was very accessible and answered all our questions in a very timely manner! We had a great time!

St Patrick, spring break week

Jerome was friendly. Called him the first night because a toilet broke. He came the next morning and fixed it so we were not inconvenienced at all. As always we enjoyed our stay in New Orleans.
