Lowering the temperature beyond this point may cause damage to the AC unit. The AC unit must stay on "AUTO". In such cases, you will be held liable for any necessary repairs. \- All decor is for visual enjoyment only. Do not touch, burn, or play with any decorative items. \- Please do not throw away the charcoal to the backyard \- Please do not park in the yard. Parking on the grass can damage underground utilities which are buried only 18 inches below the surface. Otherwise, you will be liable for field lines water lines and sewage line if you rupture them. Guest Access: Guests will have access to their entire home, private outdoors, and garage. We do ask you do not go into the basement/crawl space as that is for access by our maintenance only.
