"Alpine Ranch is wonderful! Clean, quiet, peaceful, everything you could want is provided. Very cozy, comfortable retreat. Lots of birds in a beautiful oak grove, best place for a morning coffee. Excellent location for exploring wine country. We had a wonderful time - definitely coming back. Caroline is an awesome host! Always quick replies, great recommendations, very knowledgeable. Ron is great. Only complaint is that we had to leave! Thank you again for such a great place."

This made it trying especially since we were travelling with small children, but the property manager did everything they could to help. "We are a group of family/friends gathering together from across the country. We have stayed in lots of rentals. We would not stay here again. The house itself and the location are lovely. There are issues with communication, maintenance, and hospitality. When we arrived the red casita (a studio) had no window shades, and the water in there smelled disgusting and came out of the faucet totally cloudy. We notified the mgr who sent maintenance but it was my brother in law who ended up putting up...
