Great place!

This is my 3rd year at Regal Palm. Place was very clean, first time I didn’t see cockroaches. Everything worked great, beds were comfortable and all the rooms had a TV which was a plus especially when you want to unwind after playing all day. Would definitely choose this place again.

Good stay with the family

It was a nice stay. Host left great directions. Checkin process was quick and easy. Resort area was nice and I liked having shopping center literally 5 mins away. The townhouse was nice, smaller than expected but we overall had a good stay with the family.

Great little getaway

It was a nice place. Coffee filters would be helpful to provide to guests. The carpet is stained pretty badly, but it was a clean condo overall.

Great stay

Everything was great and a smooth process. We arrived before the check in time and spoke with property management who allowed an early check in. They called the front desk and spoke with them to approve us. Everything was clean and bed was very comfortable. Would recommend staying here! Pool was great and not far from Disney parks!

perfect set up family

amazing property. great detail, down to the 4 Disney characters in the kids room. actual property even nicer than the pictures. I have stayed at many vacation rentals and hands down rate this property at the top. the welcome call by the owner on the day of my arrival was an extra special tpuch.

Spacious and clean

The house was spacious with good size rooms and equipped with pretty much everything you need. Spent 6 nights there without any issues. We enjoyed the pool and waterslide. The only complaint was that the front desk had me marked as a no show and also lost all of my paperwork that I had filled out, which was very strange. After being in there for quite some time, I asked for a manager, who got everything sorted out.

Beautiful town home with everything you need!

This was our second stay at Regal Palms. This town home was excellent! It was exceptionally clean with all new updating throughout. Everything you need is provided with all new appliances, fixtures, kitchen items, linens, comfortable beds, and electronics. The TV's are all smart TV's with game excessories. I wouldn't pick to stay again on July 4th holiday week as the resort was very crowded at the pool, which we spent a lot of our time swimming with two children. Although the resort has a pretty nice fireworks display! We were pleased that it stayed cool throughout without having to adjust the thermostat a single time. All rooms have ceiling fans that circulate nicely. A very pleasant place to vacation!! Grocery store and restaurants are very close - a nice benefit. We are big on pool time and love the pool and slide. We will choose a less popular week on out next visit.

Perfect getaway for the family

We loved it,we walked to the pool daily and spent a few days at Universal studios which was around 35min away.lots of restaurants close by and the host was very nice and attentive.We will definitely be back

Family vacation

We had a great time. The listing said it was located across the street from the pool area and it was about a 5 to 10 min walk. Not bad but not across from the pool. Also the owner said their were pool floats and there were none. The home was clean. The queen bed was terribly uncomfortable. The resort was really nice

Great accommodations!

From the get go Yvette was quick to respond. Great host! Condo was exactly as described in the listing. Kitchen was fully stocked, bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, felt like home. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay, responsive host

The house was lovely and extremely clean. Beds were comfy! Just a short walk to the pools and lazy river, and to Publix for groceries. Yvette was very responsive when we had questions. An overall great and stress-free experience. We’d go back in a heartbeat! Thanks Yvette!

Our family received the best customer service ever. Beautiful resort matched my beautiful customer service. Any question that we had was immediately answered. They were available to help our entire week stay. Our family is incredibly blessed with our beautiful vacation and cannot wait to go back again!

Great Place

House was very nice! We stayed for a full month and we enjoyed out time there. Yvette was very responsive and checked in a few times to make sure things were ok. Only thing is the couches were a bit uncomfortable. If the owner can, it would be a good idea to upgrade those. Other than that, great!

Long Weekend With Other Family Staying on Property

The property and house were both nice. The bar and market won't let you charge to the credit card on file, only cash or carry a credit card with you.. Nicer facility for folks with young children . We had a 3 bedroom and all bedrooms were up a rather long steep set of stairs, not made for anyone who has problems with stairs. Unit was well equipped, although there was no outdoor patio furniture, which made patio useless. Kitchen was well supplied as was the bathroom with plenty of towels. Parking was a little tight for two full sized vehicles,

Great value with great pool

The condo is very nice - I suspect it is one of the better maintained ones in this resort community (with a number of weekly rentals). Host was great about addressing a minor issue with the place (first day). Lots of extras in the condo (hairdryer, crock pot, etc.) plus TVs in each bedroom. Pool was very nice. Reviews that say Regal Palms is militant about outside food and drink was not the case for us. Of course they don't want coolers and glass and booze at the pool (but no issue with subtle and respectful drinks at the pool). Kids lover the slide and lazy river. Would stay again.
