Great house close to all Disney Parks.

We came on a family Christmas vacation to go to Disney. It was our first visit. We really enjoyed our stay.Nice outdoor area with pool. It was very relaxing in the morning. A nice lake view.The kids were very excited to see lots of turtles, ducks and birds.

Home from Home.

Good Location. Very peaceful, lovely private pool overlooking lake. New kitchen appliances made everything easy to use. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Great stay

We enjoyed this property and its location. The view from the pool is beautiful. House was well stocked with necessities, for cooking and cleaning (dishwasher pods, detergent, garbage bags,etc.) home was in great condition, just wished some areas were cleaned a little better (such as corners of bathrooms and doors) other than that it was great!

Beautiful House in Convenient Location

Great house as described. 20-minutes from each of the Disney World lands. Wonderful pool with pool toys for littles. Very responsive owner. We had a great stay!

Pool is amazing, location is great!! Kitchen appliances supplied. Needs a deep clean in corners. Walked in and bath mat was wet, there was hair in the bottom of the shower. Be sure to look to see what you need. There were no trash bags, toilet paper, or pool toys. Check out time is early if you have a late flight. All in all, very relaxing.

Florida Getaway

We loved having the heated pool and the west facing view was spectacular. The owner was very responsive. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbours on either side of the residence were very nice.

Felt like home with 5 star service

We stayed here for 3 weeks and its an amazing property, it just felt like home from day one. The property manager comunicated properly and anything we needed was sorted. Only 20min away from disney and very close to local supermarkets and shops. My family loved it.

Florida stay

We had a great time for our family holiday in Orlando. Great communication with host and all queries and questions answered promptly. Close to all parks with supermarket and restaurants just minutes away. House was comfortable and had everything we needed. Felt like coming home after a day in the parks. We loved the pool area overlooking the lake - very peaceful after a busy day. Thank you for a great holiday.

Wonderful stay

Second year staying at this property. The house is perfect for a small family vacation with a great pool, super neighbours on both sides that are there every year and a spectacular view. The house was spotless and has a very well stocked kitchen. We would have rented there again for 6 weeks next year but unfortunately due to an mis communication with the owner, the house is unavailable during the time we were looking at.

Fantastic Property!

We were extremely happy with this property! The house was very clean and well maintained. Close to shopping and both Disney and Universal parks. The pool heater was not working when we arrived. The property owner was quick with responses and sent someone out to fix it that same day. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Florida home that is well maintained, clean, & cared for. The home has all the amenities one could hope for & provides for a comfortable stay, whether long term ( as we stay) or short term. The property manager is very pleasant & attentive to any issue one may have. The owner is always available for contact & responds promptly to any inquiries. The neighborhood is well maintained, safe, and quiet. My wife & I look forward to our return next year.

Excellent property in a great neighborhood.

The first thing the 2 twelve year olds said when we walked in was, "Is this really where we're staying?". The home was really nice. The pool was so great for kids; not too deep, but deep enough to do what they wanted. There were tiny ants in the house, but it is a high traffic home and I think it must be difficult to control. I would definitely book this home again. It felt very safe and a really good value.

House is as it looks in pictures. Quiet neighborhood and everything we needed was close by. Kitchen was well stocked. Had one minor issue with the pool but inquiry was answered by the owner within minutes and rectified as quickly as possible. Would consider renting this property again if we return to the area.

March getaway

Great location with a fantastic water view. We had wonderful neighbours who rent every year. The owner was very accessible and great to work with. New appliances with ample pots, pans etc. was a big plus. While the house is very nicely decorated and comfortable, the carpets in a couple of bedrooms need changing and while clean, the house could use a full day of dusting and deep cleaning. All in all we enjoyed the house and have already booked for next year.

Beautiful spacious villa in a quiet residential location, but only 20/25mins drive to universal parks. Owner very prompt in responding to questions before we booked and checked in with us during our stay. Kitchen very well equipped and plentiful pool towels. Could do with a deep clean as some of the fake plants and lampshades etc a little dusty. But overall a lovely, relaxing and comfortable property.

Beautiful house, quiet area

The house was beautiful, stocked with everything we needed, and made our stay very nice. We enjoyed the pool immensely, the kids went swimming every day of our trip and loved it. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, there were plenty of towels and linens in the closets, and the kitchen was fully stocked with things to cook with and even extra things in the cabinets that made cooking meals much easier. The property manager was quick to respond to questions I had which meant a lot. The two twin bed rooms do not have TVs, which my kids were sad about but they made do for the week. When we checked out the housekeeper was pulling in the clean, my 5 year old accidentally left his backpack and she text me immediately to let me know and to see how she could get it returned to me. I appreciated that gesture so much, it meant a lot to me to know that they employ good people.
