Spacious Clean and Modern.........Amazing Value

I have been making this trip to Orlando for over 25 years and this is The Best how rental I have experienced. It is far beyond great comfort and value. I sure hope it's available next year.

Big enough for 9 people.

We had a lovely time in this house, and the owner and the property manager has been very helpful and understanding all through the booking process and the staying. The house is very clean and there is plenty of things in the kitchen for homecocking. The house are in a quiet resort, very good for families with small kids. Overall a 5 star experience.

So relaxing!

This home was everything we needed for a relaxing getaway! We all enjoyed the pool and spa which was so nice and private! The home was spacious and easily accommodated my family of five. Very clean house and pool

This place was exactly as described. It had more the. One hair dryer (family of all girls). Plenty of items needed for our stay (towels, wash clothes, linens, and extra pillows (if you like more then one). The washer and dryer was nice to have so you can wash whatever you needed for your stay. We paid extra to have the pool and spa heated and that was so nice on the chilly nights. (Pool lights were a plus). Beds were very comfortable. Everything seemed to be in great shape in the house (well cared for). The neighborhood seemed very safe and quiet. We would definitely be staying here again!

Book this house!

The house is as pictured and very spacious. The beds were comfortable and the house is very clean. The pool area is very private. We paid for heated pool and it was the perfect temperature. The kitchen is very well equipped and we had everything we needed to eat and cook. The house feels like it’s brand new, from bedding to washer and dryer. We stayed 5 adults and 3 children with more than enough room. A big bonus to this house is the extra large driveway. We had two mini vans and had extra room to pull in and load and unload. This was by far the cleanest rental I’ve stayed in. 25-30 min to Disney. Easy to and from the parks and airport. Just beautiful. Book here you will not regret it!

This villa was perfect in every way

Absolutely loved our month long stay at this gorgeous villa, I have stayed at calabay parc before so liked the location, but this villa is a must! It is decorated in a very new and modern way compared to other villas (as we have stayed in many villas in Florida) the laminate flooring was lovely and easy to clean even up the stairs, the villa has a Hoover and a broom to sweep and mop and bucket, everything you needed was in the villa. When I arrived I noticed there wasn’t many coat hangers and a bit short on glasses, so while I was in the pool the cleaner came round to check the bbq (another great plus to this villa) I just mentioned to her about it in which she said just call Jaycee and let her know, well I completely forgot about, but the next morning I had a delivery of coat hangers and glasses I was so happy as the lady obviously reported back to Jaycee for me and it was sent straight out. Great service. The pool table was at the top of the stairs which was a nice change as many villas have the games room in the garage which can be really hot so my children made great use of that. Another great feature at this villa was the intercom system they have in many rooms, whilst I was cooking dinner or out by the pool I could call my children through the intercom instead of shouting out to them. And it played music now this was fantastic as I always listen to music instead of watching telly it was played everyday as we used the pool area loads and had bbqs so the music out in that area was much appreciated. Well all that is left to say is myself and my family had the best time and Fred, Jaycee and their team are truly amazing nothing is ever to much trouble they make you feel so welcome and I will be sure to return. Fred is perhaps the best host a tourist could expect. Everything was top notch. The place was everything a family of 11 could expect, with proximity to Disney. Even during Christmas, it took us less than 30 min to reach any of the parks. The heated pool was a hit among the children. If you have a large family, especially with children, and are planning for Disney or other themed parks nearby, this property should be top of your list. The rating is 10/10 only because the app doesn't let you pick a 11.

Wonderful pool area and enough room for extended family to spread out.

Lovely outdoor area- kids loved the pool/hot tub! Had an issue/question and property manager/owner replied very quickly. Overall a wonderful place to stay!

post covid holiday

Finally got to the villa after waiting 2 years following covid. Nice property and as the photos looked. Had regular contact with the owner throughout the long booking. Had a slight problem with the front door code being changed, but was sorted straight away. Also had a slight problem with the pool netting, this was also sorted quickly. Enjoyed our stay.

Home is beautiful with plenty of room for our family of 9. Close to Disney world. Pool was great. House is very neat and clean and is as described. Would definitely recommend. If we return to the area again we would definitely stay here!!

Beautiful Villa

We had a great time staying in this beautiful (very clean) Villa. The kids loved the pool and pool table upstairs. Very well equipped and in a quiet location. Great to get some peace after the craziness of the parks. Didn’t want to leave and would definitely stay again!

Amazing, can’t fault!

Had such an amazing stay at this property. My family previously had a property in calabay parc which we were supposed to stay in however due to covid they ended up selling so we needed to look elsewhere and it didn’t disappoint! The beds were super comfy and all the parks are around 20 miles away on average so not far! However there was a lot of road works which meant the drive was a little longer but it didn’t bother us we just made sure we left enough time. Love how the pool is covered so we had our own privacy and also the check in process was so easy as we didn’t have to pick up any keys. Communication from the owners was great got replies almost straight away if I had any queries before the holiday, luckily didn’t have any whilst we were away! We decided to opt out of the choice for pool heating and we 100% did not need it! It was the perfect temp all holiday (25th April). Would definitely stay here again! *****

Amazing house and friendly owners!

This house was immaculate! More than you can ask for! There was 8 of us total on our trip.. 4 adults and 4 children. Plenty of space, large closets in all the bedrooms, washer/ dryer on site, and loved the fact that we had our own bathrooms. The owners are very quick to respond with any questions. I would highly recommend this house and would definitely book again for a future trip.

Great Rental

Our group included 5 adults and the house was perfect for us. Very clean and great floor plan. Publix and liquor store just outside of the complex. Weather was perfect, spent much of our time on the patio and in the pool. The rental is part of an HOA so there are extra rules to be aware of and also as an fyi a starter roll of paper towels are not provided.

Best Mini Mansion Ever!!!

My stay was the best experience ever the house is so big wide open spaces, it's like family time but , also again privacy . The master suite was phenomenal it was like staying in a mansion so much space the best part was the billiards table, in ground pool! my children enjoyed it all, I enjoyed it all. The kids had their own space the kids were on the 2nd floor and obviously we were on the main floor and it gave us so much privacy and when it came time for dinner we ate together because the kitchen is attached to the dining room and then it's open to the living room so it was just we were within each other's company the whole time the pool was amazing the spot was amazing , the pool area is very secluded there's trees around the pool area it is very private, we enjoyed the grill we enjoyed all the amenities the house had to offer the owner is great and responding back in seconds, When we go back to the Florida area ( my kids wanna make this house our new Christmas vacation home) I will definitely be getting this house again.

This property is exactly as the pictures show. Beautiful, clean house, and the screened in outdoor area with pool is gorgeous! Fred and Kerry were excellent in communicating, and quick with responding. I highly recommend this home!

Great location for a more relaxing Disney trip

We had a great stay here, we loved having the pool and extra space. This is a far better value than what you get at a Disney resort. It is a bit of a drive to the parks, but that just gives you some time to unwind from a busy day. For us it was closer to 30 minutes than 15, especially if there was any traffic. We paid for the pool and spa heat and enjoyed some great night swims, even in December.

The home is beautiful and had everything we needed, pool was heated well, and when we had concerns the owners were on it and addressed them immediately! Great service all around, can’t wait to go back.
