We loved the locarion to all the Disney parks. The pool was a plus for family to visit, also so we didn't have to walk/drive to the resort pool with our little ones

Very peaceful

The house is as described! Very clean and well stocked with essentials. Hot tub was wonderful wish we had more time to spend at the house! Also the adult beds were very comfortable.

Wonderful Stay!

We loved our stay here. The property manager was lightning fast with responses to questions. Everything we needed was provided including little luxuries like little bar soaps/shampoos in the bathrooms, towels etc. It really felt like being home away from home. Very easy check-in. Highly recommend!

Nice home, close to Disney

Beautiful neighborhood and the house had the extra space we were looking for. House was as described in listing. We enjoyed the private pool and hot spa. The owner was responsive and quick to send the property manager to check on the hot spa when jets and pool lights not working fully. Only recommendations for an improved experience would be to provide additional personal items (toilet paper, basic kitchen spices, oil etc.) and for the BBQ to be included in the price (instead of extra charge). The hot spa jets lacked high pressure. Worked well for a day or two after pool guy came by but last night was low pressure again. Some additional lighting in the pool area would improve the atmosphere (string lights etc).

Good location, could use some upkeep

The property served the purpose as a place to rest after long days at Disney. The pool and hot tub were nice and the kitchen and bathrooms were clean when we arrived. The carpets were really stained, which was disappointing and there were several rips in the screens around the pool. A few changes/upkeep items could turn this in to a great place to stay.

Great location and communication!

Our stay at this house was very nice. The communication with Johnny was very quick and he was helpful with a couple of questions/issues we had. The house is VERY convenient to Disney locations. The pool at the clubhouse was perfect for an afternoon with the kids - it was clean, large and our 9 and 12 year olds loved the water slides! Johnny was very accommodating and allowed us to use the grill without a charge because the hot tub spa wasn't working. A couple of things I might suggest:1) The kitchen was well stocked with dishes/glasses although there were no spices/oils/pan spray/tin foil/bags. It would be helpful to have these basics.2) There was one hand towel for the kitchen, would recommend more.3) Carpets were quite stained, if you are a clean freak, this may not be the house for you. 4) Be sure to bring your own shower soap.5) ALL people coming into the development must be listed and have a pass (even visitors) so make sure to do in advance.Overall, would stay here again, but hopefully these tips help others to be prepared.

Super spacious kid friendly. I stayed withfamily for a speacial occasion and the property was great.property has an issue with the braker going out but the prriperty manager was efficent super cordial and was always there for us.

Nice place, a few issues

Overall the house was equipped with everything we needed and wanted. It would be nice if the pool was preheated on arrival. We did however have a broken water heater and shower but this was not a deal breaker just an inconvenience that can’t be predicted. The patio , pool area could use some maintenance but for a rental this was a nice place to stay.

Wonderful experience!

First, I just want to say that the property owner was quick to respond to any questions I had. The day we arrived, our grocery order came too early, and the property manager had it all put away for us when we arrived! Short drive to Disney, but mostly our kids wanted to go back to the house to swim in “their” pool, lol. All in all, great experience and wonderful management. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great location and home but could use a deep cleaning

This house was great and the neighborhood, Windsor Hills, has a perfect location for frequent Disney visits and has a great pool, clubhouse and playground. The owner and property manager were responsive and helpful when we decided we wanted to add pool heating at the last minute. The only really bad thing was that the house needs to be deep cleaned and/or repainted inside. There were a lot of dirty doors and walls and stained carpets. The only other negative was that there is no grill. If it is cleaned well it could really be perfect!

Deceptive Listing

We specifically chose this location due to the privacy of the backyard in the listing, as well as the hot tub and pool that was offered. When we arrived, there was hose running water into a pool that wasn't running. The debris on the top of the pool, as well as the worms and such at the bottom showed us this pool most likely hasn't been filtering for some time. The hot tub did not work at all. We reached out to the host. He indicated the 'pool guy' would be there soon. He didn't come out for two days. We also had a warm refrigerator when we arrived. We assumed this was due to it not being used, but the property manager indicated that it is constantly running and we must be wrong. It eventually lowered to the appropriate temperature after 6 hours. Every single room in this place has staining on the carpeting. It is evident there was a flood of some sort on the upstairs level due to the amount of staining. It is also evident the vents haven't been cleaned as there was caked dirt and debris on the vents. Two televisions that should have worked, didn't. Some things I could have overlooked since this is technically a 'rental' had the hot tub worked, the pool was working properly (the pump never worked either), or if there wasn't a giant new construction project looking right into the pool area. This was also not included in the pictures of the property. The host only cares about his bottom line, as his largest concern was how much money he made. I had to reach out to VRBO direct.

Pool and hot tub a hit

The place was a lot of fun for our family. They spent hours in the pool and hot tub! We had a few items that needed attention when we arrived and were taken care of. There are some things that I let the host/owner know that need to be addressed. One item I have to mention because it can be really serious is a mold problem. There is mold all around the edge of the pool in the brick/cement and some around hot tub. Also in the master suite shower on ground floor. Also underneath the faucet handles in both tubs and master suite bathroom shower on ground floor.

Family vacation

My family of 6 absolutely loved staying at this property. There was more than enough sleeping space and bathrooms for everybody. We loved the resort pool/splash pad, theatre and store with pina coladas. 🍹The private pool and hot tub were also great to use late at night after everything else was closed. Games in the garage was also nice for the kids. It was close to Disney, shopping, restaurants. The house was clean. Just some minor improvements could be made such as mildew type stuff around the hot tub. Screen at the top of pool Enclosure had a tear and debris would get in. Some broken light switch plates...nothing big. Overall, would definitely recommend and will try to stay here again. Relocated today to spend the rest of our vacation at a condo by the beach and am missing this house already.

Speechless For Words

In all we had a blast this house was clean bright spacious gorgeous peaceful we felt like Queens Kings princess and prince”s we fell in love with the house and the Host Mr Johnny was a blessing when we arrived at the gate we saw a lot of people having trouble with there property but as soon as we arrived at the gate we gave them our names and they gave us our paperwork and we headed to the house and the security guard told us that our armbands will be at the welcome center but thankfully we did not have to go wait in that line because Mr Johnny had our armbands in the kitchen drawer already I gave him all 5 stars except for one thing I was sure looking forward to getting in the jet tub in my master bathroom but unfortunately it didn’t have one but I still gave him his thanks so thank you Mr Johnny I hope to stay at your house soon

Location, Location, Location

House itself needs some repair and updating; beds were comfortable and the location so close to Disney was the largest pull. Without the preceding freeze, we might have had use of the house pool, but until the pool maintenance happened the day before check out, we had no way of knowing the pool heater wasn’t even turned on. We did spend most of our time off property, at Disney. We also turned in the items in need of repair and/or replacement to assist the owner with needed repairs…(i.e. running toilets, damaged light switches, porch light outage,, huge stain on bedroom rug, sheets that don’t fit properly and fall off each night). Don’t get me wrong, it was a perfect location and excellent price for that location… we definite recommend it; it’s just not as stellar as the photos make it appear to be and having stayed at Disney previously, good deals are tough to find.

Roomy for a big family but outdated old furniture twin beds are about to fall apart springs in the mattress. The downstairs king bed has a major dip. The showers Had mold in them. The dinning chairs seats are missing screws and the bar chairs are falling apart. The pool has mold on the hot tub and a sinkhole by the screen door. Grass and weeds growing in the bricks. Big red stains in the upstairs carpet. I can say the kitchen was well stocked with dishes. The neighborhood pool was nice we spent most of our time there when we were not in the parks. There was only 2 wash clothes in the house. But they did have hand soap on all the sinks that was nice. We brought our own not knowing. The game room was so hot you could not use it no air conditioner or fans it was 90 plus degrees in there. How do I know that we bought a thermometer just to see how hot it was in there. There are no celling fans at all in the house. The upstairs was warmer and the room by the garage was hot also. We went out and bought fans. To help with the heat. We had the air turned down to 70 the whole week.

The size of the house was great. Carpets needed to be cleaned. Pool and outdoor space was wonderful. The kids appreciated the air conditioning in the game room. Air hockey table was not there as it was in the pictures. Overall the house is in great location and we would rent it again. Johnny was very easy to work with and quick to respond to our concerns.

Family Vacation

We had a good stay at property. House was as described in listing and in reviews. Great location. Upon arrival at house we did encounter issues with air conditioning that leaked both into upstairs carpet in multiple rooms and dripped into master bathroom and closet on first floor. This didn’t stop until air finally broke completely. Response was good through VRBO app but not with property manager who was the recommended contact as he did not respond to any messages sent. It would have been beneficial for a daily update on status so we didn’t have to outreach so frequently. Someone was onsite every day of our stay to work through air conditioning issue but didn’t assist with cleaning up any of the soaking wet carpets until late in week (Thursday I believe) or ceiling water dripping which caused us to use multiple towels and extra laundry. There was a great community area that we utilized as well. Pool and hot tub were great as were the outdoor area around pool. Grill was not included in cost of rental (extra 65 per week) which we haven’t encountered this as an extra charge in our other VRBO rental but worth noting for others who may not realize it is separate charge. Our owner did allow us to use this without charge due to inconvenience of air/water issues. Overall the house and area were as expected. We just had unfortunate timing for air/water issues that created issues with our stay.
