"We loved our stay! The house suited our needs for our 2 night stay in Lake Como and we loved the proximity to a lovely hike over the peninsula and away from the "touristy" spots of Lake Como. A couple notes... the pool view is not the view from the house and there is actually a house in most of the view of the house with only a side view of the lake out of the main window so that was a disappointment and honestly a bit deceiving based on the pictures. There were no toiletries (soap/shampoo)...

"My wife, 3 year old son and I all really enjoyed our stay in Nesso. It was a peaceful town to stay in with a short walk to the market and waterfall and there was a private place to park. It is also located right next to the bus stop if wanting to go to Como or Bellagio by bus instead of driving. Nesso was a great place to stay since easy to get to Como and Bellagio and then ferries from there with or without a car. The host was very responsive to inquiries and accommodating. "This appartment has a beautiful view of the mountains and lake. It has a beautiful terrace and it is very nice that there is a fence. It’s is big enough for a small family but a bit more cutterly and glasses would be nice otherwise you are washing up right after every meal. The hosts are very friendly!!"

"It was great to look at the lake. Just be prepared for a lot of stairs and narrow streets with a lot of turns. Some of the issues were that there was still some food left in the fridge, the garbage wasn't clean, the hot water finishes pretty quickly!"

"We had a lovely time watching the moon rise over the mountain each night from one of several balconies in the house. Our host was very responsive and helpful. "The property was lovely and so nice to stay so close to the lake but also be a 2 minute walk removed from the lake walk. The hotel staff were very helpful and let us check out the evening before so we did not need to rush the morning of our departure to return the keys. "
