The room was clean and well-equipped with comfy beds and good air conditioning. I also loved having a private balcony! The staff was very helpful and communicative. "Apartment like. Great to be able to make a snack or meal. Full kitchen, microwave, dishes, soap to clean dishes. Bed was comfortable. The only opportunity for improvement would be the shower. The water temperature fluctuated. It was not possible to set the water at a temperature and not change, getting either too cold or hot.
The location is in a high trafficed area. Earbuds for night sleeping will work great.

"Good afternoon. This is my review. First of all, you need to train some of your staff to speak English. You can’t run a hotel and expect everyone to speak Spanish only. You have guests from different countries who speak various languages. English is one of them. Second, you need to check the remotes to ensure they have batteries. You can’t put a non-working remote in an unexpected TV to turn it on by itself. Lastly, the food is great, but you must learn how to cook scrambled eggs. Scrambled eggs can’t be on the line for two hours and dried out. They must be constantly turned and have liquid inside."
