"I love love love this place!! I was with five teens and pre-teens and they loved it. It was an easy check-in, the front desk personnel are awesome, parking was great and the rooms were clean and spacious. The view was amazing. I loved the fact that the beach was so close. The beach chairs, towels and umbrella that they provided was way convenient. We didn't use the kitchen, we ate at the local restaurants, which for the most part was in walking distance. Pier 60 was super close too."

"This was a very nice quaint condo. Location was great, condo was very clean. This is all we really needed. The only thing I would suggest is to have some sort of foil sheets for toaster oven in order to use and some sort of coffee, creamer and sugar packets. There are coffee filters but we had to go to grocery store right away in order to have coffee in the morning. Other than that it was a great place and would recommend it to others. The balcony is tremendous. You don't have to be out & about to feel like you're on vacation because where you are is already pleasant. We appreciated the sun umbrella. "Great location for being able to walk anywhere you want. Had some issues with the lock on the front door. It did not want to turn and lock. Took several times to lock it each time we left. The bath tub did not drain properly and by the time your done your standing in ankle deep water. We also had contradicting information on checking in early. Was told yes by one and no by another. Overall good little place for the weekend."
