“Great spot”

“I recently stayed at The Villa in the Euro Room, and it was such a lovely experience. The mansion was incredibly clean and beautifully styled, with so many charming details to admire. I loved the vibe and the thoughtful touches, like the food available...our panini was delicious! We also enjoyed a show at The Vic and returned to unwind with some Italian wine. The shower was stunning, and everything was well-labeled and convenient. The next day, we relaxed in the jacuzzi, and the breakfast was……

“I had a wonderful experience staying at this Chicago property! The place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made it feel comfortable and welcoming right from the start. One of the biggest highlights was how easy it was to access the property and check-in was smooth and hassle-free.The location is situated in a great area that felt safe, vibrant, and close to everything I needed. “The overall cleanliness of the property was good. Except if you open the door by the kitchen that leads out to the staff area. This area was filthy!! Chipping paint on the walls, very dusty! The shower handle was not working properly, the drain cover sticks to your feet when showering, and pulls up. We only had one towel per person for our entire stay. You have to go to their communal laundry area if you want a new clean towel! The communication on the day of our arrival was poor! I could not……
