“We stayed here for 5 days and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. During our entire stay, our room was not cleaned even once. The only things that were done were replacing towels and emptying the trash bins. For a stay of several days, you expect much more. It is also ridiculous that, on top of the already expensive room rate, you are required to pay a very high resort fee while receiving almost nothing in return. The only thing included was four bottles of water in the room,……
