"If you want to get Lake Louise, morraine lake and other tours to Banff are provided by Blackstone which I would highly recommend as they pickup right off from door steps. This property has underground parking which is really convenient and easy to access any places near to Canmore"
"We liked everything about this property. The room was showing its' age though. A refresh on paint and furnishings would bring it up to 5 stars. That being said, the beds were comfy as well as the seating in the Den. We loved the Hot Tub area and it was nice that they had a Spa, we just didn't have time to use it. "

"Great place to stay while in Canmore! The front desk staff was great as was the restaurant staff. We came down in the afternoons and asked for the staff to light a fire in the big fireplace and they were always happy to oblige! Room was comfortable and my husband is a tea drinker. He loved that the room had a hot water kettle and tea bags. "

The kitchen was nicely equipped for our needs. The WiFi worked great throughout the three floors. The location was central to everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. "
"We showed up very late to our check-in due to a delayed flight, and the staff was so wonderful with the directions. What could have been a stressful moment, was put to rest with a quick message from the hotel. The attention to detail with the posters in the hallway of movies filmed in the area and the hand written card in the room was so nice to see. We loved our room. So clean and quiet. We wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for such a great experience. Well hopefully be back soon!"

"We loved this property. The location was great. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Nice having the secure garage and elevator. The mountain views were beautiful.Check in was easy - all information, directions and codes were correct. The kitchen was well equipped. The layout of the apartment was nice. The two bedroom/bathrooms were separated by the open kitchen, living, dining area. Nice balcony with mountain views. We didn't use it, but there was a grill on the patio.Good wi-fi and TV. There were games, books, and area brochures. Nadine was available on text and very responsive. The only small negative, which the host did disclose, was street noise in the evening. But, the fans and music helped cover it. 11pm to 6am was really very quiet. "
"The view from our room was really beautiful. The room was neat and tidy, toiletries and towels are well enough for our stay. The only thing we didn't like is that they don't have a microwave and no extra garbage bag available."
