The complex was built in 1968, boasting 12 apartments in total. The location of this complex is ideally situated a very short 600m to the beach! Enjoy what Scarborough has to offer with the newly redeveloped foreshore boasting restaurants, cafes, bars, family-friendly playgrounds, parks, plus plenty more! Please see below for a breakdown of what this beachy apartment offers: \- Older style complex, built in 1968, boasting 12 apartments. \- You will have access to 1 x undercover car bay. \- You will be required to walk up a flight of stairs to access your apartment as the apartment is located on the first level. \- Easy access to your apartment via a lockbox onsite and private entrance. \- As soon as you enter the apartment you will be greeted by the spacious open-plan living, dining & kitchen. \- Lovely dining space with a 4-seater dining table and easy kitchen access for meal preparation for the family. \- Located off the dining/lounge space is your own, private balcony! Aircon was an absolute lifesaver and allowed us a comfortable few days to enjoy company in an apartment that had everything we needed for entertainment, cooking, and dining facilities. Top bonus was the proximity to the beach - quite literally a skip, hop, and jump. So, we really loved the experience of having breakfast out on the balcony and then walking to the beach for a swim before the heat got too much (followed by a fair bit of hopping back across the hot sand :-D. The rooms were clean and tidy and thoughtfully provided with all the linen and bathroom consumables imaginable.
