Esta popiedad es un Bed and Breakfast. Atiende una pareja, son excelentes personas, muy muy amables. Alrededor hay un parque y el centro de la ciudad de Perth a donde puedes ir a cenar, caminando. Es un bello lugar.

Scotia was my favorite stay during my holiday!! Loved the vintage vibe and the incredibly comfortable lounge. My room was GREAT. lots of pillows and super soft sheets. Breakfast was a delight. Cooked to order and abundant. Hosts were GREAT I will stay with them again!

The owners are lovely people. The breakfast was outstanding! Bed was comfy, clean, the bathroom could have used a bit more attention. We enjoyed our stay and would return/recommend.

The owners are the best. So friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Just be careful at breakfast. Come hungry.

Booked again since we were overly impressed when we stayed here last year. Proprietors are ever so polite, friendly and accommodating. Full Scottish breakfast with cereals, yoghurts, toast, fruit, tea and coffee in abundance. Clean room with comfy bed has tea/coffee making facilities with biscuits and bottled water complimentary each day. Cannot recommend highly enough... we shall return.

We had a lovely 1 night stay at Scotia. The hosts were lovely and super friendly! The room and bathroom were a good size,the bed was very comfy and there were biscuits,2 bottles of water,tea/coffee/hot chocolate and even some homemade tablet which was delicious! There were lots to choose from at breakfast,a full cooked breakfast and then yogurt,fruits,cereals. Breakfast was very tasty! The location was close to the city centre where there were a number of restaurants,the hosts had a map with some food recommendations on which was really handy and we went to the Thai restaurant because of this and weren't disappointed. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

#### Amazing B&B run by lovely couple

Absolutely lovely couple, went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed for my job interview. Delicious breakfast, comfortable room, well-stocked for snacks and beverages.

Mycket bra boende med bra läge och gångavstånd till Perth centrum. Ägarna var trevliga och hjälpsamma.

Made very welcome by the hosts. Loved the wee extras, fudge, tasted delicious 😋. Quiet and comfortable nights sleep. Breakfast excellent. Would stay here again.

6 out of 5 stars if that was possible. Amazing family lodge, with great rooms, cookies & coffee, hearty breakfasts, homemade Scottish tablets. Simply great and very much recommended.
