Impressive!

This property was perfect for our visit too see our grandson. Property was very clean. We had no issues at all. Everything was labeled and no matter what you needed, it was there. The backyard space is incredible. Loved the pool. It was a little hot to make a pizza, maybe next time. Both check-in and check-out were quick and easy.

Relaxing Stay

The yard/patio really made our stay. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub throughout our stay and the covered patio was the perfect meal spot. The outdoor TV was great for poolside entertainment as well! Comfortable beds and the amenities were fantastic. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything that we needed. Only a seven minute drive to grocery stores and big box stores for any other needs or groceries. Our only wish was that there was a charging block or outles accessible in the master bedroom for charging phones over night.

Nice place

This is a nice place to stay. Location in Scottsdale is convenient to golf and restaurants. The property manager is a bit of a pain to communicate with. Sucks that you are forced to pay to heat the pool. We never used it. Beds are a bit uncomfortable. Backyard is a total playground, kitchen well appointed, very clean. Overall, enjoyed our stay

Great house to entertain and relax

We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and outdoor living space. The bedrooms were nice and comfortable. We will definitely stay again.

Fantastic house!

Traveled to spend time with family in AZ. This house had everything we needed for our stay and dinners with local family. Everything was labeled which I appreciate as it makes finding things easy. We even gave the pizza oven a shot, which wasn't bad for our first try. Would definitely recommend this home for your stay.

Scottsdale trip

We were in the area for our granddaughter’s dance nationals. This house was well located, had great amenities. Owners thought of Everything inside and out. Beds were SUPER comfy. Responsive and friendly.

Fantastic pool

We had a fantastic time. Used the pool daily and the propane fire pit in the mornings with our coffee. The pool was perfectly heated! Beds were comfortable and kitchen adequately supplied. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe to walk in. We thoroughly enjoyed the backyard which was very private. Would stay here again.

Fun stay - some improvements needed to match costs

Nice house, enjoyable stay - just 3 of us so plenty of room. Some more items should be included just to be helpful - there were zero K cups for coffee, 1 pod for dishwasher - things like that would really be nice and I think should be expected for the cost of the stay. The pool was nice but the lounge chairs were cheap plastic and not comfortable at all (not the same ones in the photos) - just things like that would be nice and again should be included. Especially since probably most people go there for the warmer weather (like us) and to sit by the pool and relax. We did have a great time though - just wanted to share my notes.

Terrific Stay!

We loved our stay at this property. We were there 3 full days and thoroughly enjoyed using the pool, hot tub, billiard table, fire pit in the evenings and even mastered the pizza oven. The house was inviting and clean, the kitchen well stocked, the beds comfy, and the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet considering its proximity to supermarkets, etc. (within 5 minutes). The only challenge we encountered was lack of communication from the property manager. On our first morning, two workmen walked into the backyard (rather than knocking on the door) stating they were there to install security lighting and make repairs to the irrigation system. We were still in our pajamas and had no prior notification. When we contacted the property manager to ask if they were, in fact, supposed to be there and express our concern that they provided no ID and we hadn't been notified, we were simply told they didn't know exactly when they'd be coming. We felt we could have been notified of the POSSIBLITY of their arrival. They were onsite for at least 90 minutes walking through the backyard which was somewhat awkward. Additionally, the house instructions indicated that pool maintenance occurs every Tuesday (no one ever came) and that landscaping occurs every other Wednesday. The landscapers came on Thursday. Instructions regarding trash disposal were also confusing. Overall, communications/instructions could be improved. That aside, the house amenities and location can't be beat!

Loved The Pool!

The house is beautiful and very minimalistic. We visited with 5 adults, one child (3.5 years old) and an infant (20 months old). The floors and outdoor patio get very slippery when wet, which is disclosed in the listing, but something to keep in mind if you have littles joining you. There are also a few steps and ledges in the common areas, which may not be safe for infants that are newly mobile (crawling or walking). There are a few things that need repairs in the home. The toilet paper holder in the master bathroom was coming out of the wall. Same with the towel hook by the master bathroom. The master closet doors were very flimsy, so something we had to keep an eye out for with the little ones around. The overall consensus in the group was that the mattresses were not the most comfortable. They were very soft (pillow top mattress pad) and everyone was rolling to the centers of the bed. No issues with the twins. We rented this particular home because of the unique amenities for a group vacation. We are a grilling and outdoor family. The grill had not been cleaned. There was a huge pile of "grunge" under the grill that caused large and potentially dangerous flames. Completely burned our steaks and singed hairs off my father's arms when he tried to save our food. Both my father and husband spent the following day totally cleaning the grill and making it useable again. The grilling tools were also dirty, which we had to wash and clean prior to use. We loved the pool! We spent every day in the pool and it was hands-down the kids' favorite part of the trip. I thought we would use more of the outdoor activities, but traveling in July comes with intense summer heat so we opted to swim or hang out indoors. In all seasons except summer, the activities would be so amazing to take advantage of. Smores and snuggling by the outdoor fires, practicing your golf swing, enjoying the hot tub, and playing a few rounds of corn hole. We also LOVED the wood-fire pizza oven. Takes a little bit of research and planning to use it, but we had the most delicious pizzas during our last night's stay. The house is close to lots of amenities and activities. Costco and Target are within a 5-minute drive. There are lots of shopping and restaurants close by. We visited the Children's Museum of Phoenix, OdySea Aquarium, Pangaea Land of the Dinosaurs, Butterfly Wonderland, and Legoland Discovery Center. All of them were within a 15-30 minute drive from the house.

Graduation trip

We really enjoyed our stay here, a lot to without ever needing to leave the house. Nice neighborhood, always felt safe, not on a main road but close to everything. Clean and well appointed kitchen. Would definitely recommend this house to families, we will be back!

Outstanding!

This is the most appointed home we have ever rented! It’s more like moving into someone’s home than a rental. We’ve rented homes for 30 years all over the country and never found as many items at our disposal. Everything was in good working order,beds were comfortable,and the backyard amenities were first rate. My only picky comments to make a future stay better: -is to remove those cabinets in the front of the garage. It made getting my Explorer in very difficult, and -make one of the king beds shorter. My partially disabled wife was unable to get up in them. NOTE: neither of the comments would keep us from renting again.

Perfect Place for Adults & Kids

We take a trip every spring break with two best friends and their kids. This house was absolutely perfect for our trip. Plenty of activities for the kids to do, they had a blast with the pool, games, and especially s'mores around the fire pit each night. We love staying at a home instead of a hotel room so everyone can have their own space, and we can also cook our meals. The setup of this house was fantastic. We would definitely rent this home again.

Amazing vacation

This was a great place to stay. We had to eventually drag our kids away from the pool. The house is perfect with all the outdoor amenities for everyone to play with. Pizza oven was just the icing on the cake for us.

Perfect Family Getaway

House was perfect for family of 6 and exactly as stated in the listing. Layout of the house was great for everyone to be together and having fun. Got a lot of use out of the hot tub and pool table. Even tried out the pizza oven which was fun to do.

Maximum Relaxation!!

The space was ideal for the 4 of us !! We loved the hot tub and took time to enjoy the fire area both despite the 100 heat which we also loved!! The local area and home both had everything we needed and all of THE BEDS were like a day dream!! We came for maximum relaxation and it was delivered. Initially we had a hiccup with the lights in the back and front yard, but that was taken care of the first morning we arrived and it was smooth sailing after that!! If there was space for 8, we would come back in Feb already!! Thank you for an amazing experience!!!

Family get away
