A/C works functionally 3. Common kitchen is incredibly clean and fully equipped. 4. Super friendly and helpful front desk staff team. “IQ Hotel was awesome! Great value for money! Clean, new, and really gave extras- free water, snacks, juices daily, and even sent a bottle of wine as birthday greeting! They also have a “shower & go” service which we used since we checked out at noon but went around the city before our evening flight. “This hotel is located in the perfect spot—most everything is within walking distance and anything further out can be reached by the metro which is only a 10 minute walk from the hotel. There are an abundance of food and shopping options very near by. The breakfast is delicious and punctual based on the time you select on the door card. The staff is kind and the place is clean and comfortable. I will definitely be staying here again next time I visit Rome!”

“Luca is very kind and friendly, let us check-in early before official check-in time. The room is very big, clean, morden and so comfortable. Breakfast is also good.
