“Smart Guesthouse worked out great. Carlotta was friendly and quick to respond to queries, and everything went smoothly. The room was clean, seemed recently renovated, had a pretty, high, arched ceiling in our room. Everything worked well, incuding the wifi, the A/C and the all-important expresso machine. It was a comfortable and quiet place to spend the night. The guesthouse works a bit like many vacation rentals these days, in the sense that there is no receptionist and you let yourself in.……

“The hotel is in a fantastic location. When we got to the hotel it was difficult to get in. We weren't given a code. When I messaged the hotel I didnt get a response for 4 hours. We couldnt hear on the intercom and it took us multiple trys before realizing there was a small door in the large door that pushed in. Other guests were able to direct us to the third floor to check in. This all made ot very safe. The room was standard. The bed comfortable, the pillows nots so much. No view. Only a……

“It was a very pleasant stay with the good price we paid for the accommodation. Room is spacious with good air conditioning and shower facilities. Pillows and mattress are of decent quality. Staff and kitchen ladies are friendly and attentive to our needs. Location: Rome Termini train station can be a bit dodgy and the B&B is located a couple streets away from it so makes us feel safe. During our stay, there was some construction work going on so every morning we would hear banging noise around……
