“The rooms were very clean and the hotel very well located, but the main thing for me was the service, every single person treated us like if we were their family members staying over for the weekend, I’ve had travel a lot, but I never felt more welcome than this place. Everything was perfect. Thank you for an amazing experience and sorry that I didn’t put your names. ”

“Perfect location within walking distance Colosseum, Trevi Fountain etc, train station. Lots to do, lots to see. Very quiet, quaint place to stay.”

“It was a very pleasant stay with the good price we paid for the accommodation. Room is spacious with good air conditioning and shower facilities. Pillows and mattress are of decent quality. Staff and kitchen ladies are friendly and attentive to our needs. Location: Rome Termini train station can be a bit dodgy and the B&B is located a couple streets away from it so makes us feel safe. During our stay, there was some construction work going on so every morning we would hear banging noise around……

“This hotel is very convenient to Roma Termini station and next door to Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore. Very clean, helpful and responsive staff. We could have used some microwaveable plates and utensils. Might have been there but could not find any when I looked. Plenty of cafes for breakfast. Our room faced the courtyard and was quiet at night. Room access was easy and secure. We would stay there again!”

“The room was nice and clean location was pretty good. There’s no management there to talk with.There is a small breakfast room,no staff where they leave you food on the table for breakfast not much of a variety.I didn’t like the fact it was on a busy street and there was a lot of noise. They do supply earplugs. Too many codes,three to get inside not very convenient.”

“Irregular shaped tiny room. Bed pinned against the wall - not good for a couple. Checkin process it through WhatsApp and we waited too long for response in an apartment lobby. There are 4-5 rooms in part of an apartment building that's not well maintained. While overall bathroom is big, the shower stall was irregular space and small! While it's only .7km from termini station, the walk back is uphill and not practical. Too much noise from the street - people and traffic. Overall it was clean.……
