Weekend trip

Overall our stay was great. My only complaint is that the attraction package was not honored. The day of our trip to the Titanic museum the free ticket was not accepted. This issue was unable to be resolved in time for our visit. Very disappointed

Disappointed

This property was very disappointing-NOT clean, steep driveway, nothing like the last time we stayed in Pigeon Forge. The cabin looked rundown and not updated at all.

Our stay

Good fire place, comfy bed and view of the mountains in on the balcony, we used the hot tub and grill. parking can be tight wouldn’t drive a large truck here but a car or medium SVU won’t be a problem. Kitchen supplies could improve, no cookie sheet, oven mittens or wine glasses, but I let management know so hopefully they will stock those things.

Cozy, but needs work

Overall, our stay was pleasant. This cabin is very close to the main pigeon forge strip (only about 10 minutes from Dollywood). The fireplace and view made it a very cozy cabin to chill in. The pool table and arcade machine were in decent condition and were a fun touch. However, this place is in need for some maintenance. First, the hot tub water was very low (lower than the filter) and the water was a faint yellow (gross). The shower did not drain water, several things were broken in the bathroom, and there were only two towels provided for our entire 3 night stay. The bed is not really comfortable at all - it's a spring mattress that sits atop two box springs which makes the center of the bed very hard. The sheets were also cheap feeling and itchy. If these issues are addressed, this would be a fantastic cabin to recommend to family and friends.

Nice location

Property was nice location was good. Needs a few updates such as new mattress, bathroom toilet needs fixed ran all the time and tub dripped. Hot tub was great!

Log cabin on the north end of Pigeon Forge

The cabin was alright. It needs maintenance done in the back deck. We didn't feel comfortable standing out there too much after seeing all the rotted wood that needs to be replaced. There were con webs out of reach but made it feel like they didn't care about keeping it clean. Some dust on the headboard and other places as well... But, overall it was very convenient to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg... Bed was comfortable! Televisions were not easy to use. The TV in the den would not work with the cable box, and the bedroom took me a while to figure out the video cable was unplugged. Not sure if the property management company is not taking care of the property like they should or if it's the owner, but it definitely needs some help...

Not the best and not the worst.

To start with, we arrived after dark and the house had no sign or number on it. The steps were covered up by leaves. We could not get the tv's to work and discovered the remotes did not have batteries. There was no soap in the bath and the blinds in the bathroom were broken, hopefully there were no peeping toms. The house was very clean.

Worst customer service/management ever!

When we checked in the cabin was 86 degrees and it was in June. The outside temp was in the 90’s. After turning the temp down and started packing our stuff in (up about 20 steps that we were unaware of…we had 2 elderly people with us) we noticed the temp was not going down. So we called the customer service number to report. After about 15 phone calls to them bc they never called us back, at 5 pm the NEXT evening someone showed up to fix the air. They never once called back to see if all was well. Just assumed I guess. It was a terrible experience and will not rent through this particular management company ever again.

This property was disappointing from the cobwebs in the corners of the walls in the bedroom and living room and the windows, to the dead bugs in the jacuzzi tub (which we did NOT use), to the broken refrigerator shelf that fell out when my husband opened the door, to the duck tape that held the hot tub exterior together. Elegant Escape? I don't think so. I saw a review last summer that the bed made a terrible noise every time you moved, and that the box spring needed to be replaced. I thought for sure by April 2021 it would have been replaced. Nope! We actually slept in the living room one night because the noise was just ridiculous. Spoke to several different managers with Vacasa and each one had a different story. They ended up refunding the cleaning fee. Never again!

Nice getaway

The directions were easy to use. The house itself was well put together and clean. Noticed a few things that needed fixing. Received a call from property management which was nice to have someone check in on our stay. Told them about an outlet plate cover that was broken and some blinds that were broken. The management person said that a ticket was put in to fix those things. Also noticed that the jets in the jacuzzi tub in the bedroom did not work. Not too big of a deal for us since we mostly used to the hot tub while there. Someone must have driven through the mud on the side of the driveway before we got there so the driveway was covered in it. My fiancé had to move the hunks of mud out of the way because it did make it hard to get up the driveway. The driveway was steep, but easy to get up if you had a “running start” or AWD. Overall we really enjoyed the cabin and would stay there again.

We'll be back!

We booked this cabin for an anniversary getaway and can't wait to return with our kids. It is close to the commercial areas yet surrounded by beauty. The driveway is steep - which makes for a great view once you get up there!

Lovely location but needs qork

The convenience of check in was excellent. We were emailed all of our info and did not have to check in. Check out was also virtual. When we arrived we couldn't find the name plate of our cabin. It was covered by overgrowth!. The stairs were in poison ivy/oak. This was bad during sandal weather. The hot tub was nice and views were beautiful. The furniture is dated and scratched. The bed was very noisy, it is older

Nice cabin in the woods

This cabin was nice. The bed was extremely noisy and simply adjusting your body would create loud creaking sounds that would surely wake anyone up. The amenities were great. The views were nice. Bring a lighter in case the BBQ pit battery is dead. I would stay again. Floors could be mopped and vacuumed better.

Smoky mountain vacation

We had a great trip . Cabin was clean and a great view . The only downfall was the parking , it was horrible ! Steep hill to cabin then just a small gravel spot to pull in on side . It was difficult to get turned around every day we went out !

AWESOME Honeymoon destination!!!

My husband and I booked this cabin for our honeymoon. We stayed there for 6 days and I have to be honest, the 1st thing I do anywhere I stay is to do a personal "cleaning inspection" This place was not only gorgeous and exactly as described, but it was immaculately clean! I was so impressed! The view was great, it was a very private setting and we loved hanging out in the hot tub at night as well as the loft with the pool table and gaming system. The only thing I would tell people to prepare for is there is a very steep driveway up to the cabin. We have an SUV and it struggled a bit. All in all I would HIGHLY recommend this place and would definately book again in the future!!! I miss it already!

Mediocre

No parking!! Very difficult to find at night. 911 adress is not visible. Need lot more lights for late night arrivals. Did not get arrival package. So I called and the woman on the phone was SUPER RUDE!! We are 5 year Branson goers and we will be going back next year. People at silver dollar city are way more pleasant than Dollywood employees

Awesome

We loved this cabin! We planned on hiking in the park and it rained our first two days, but we had such a great cabin to be staying at, we didn’t even mind the rain! Fabulous views! Beautiful sunrises right out the window! We enjoyed every amenity. When we did hike all day, the hot tub was most welcome when we returned to the cabin. Our only disappointment was the lack of pantry staples—not even any salt and pepper! So be prepared to bring or buy everything! Once we made a trip to the supermarket we really enjoyed our stay!!
