"Online listing was great. Upon arrival, the rooftop had major debris and gutters were clogged. Nothing was done about this. The pool was very dirty and took 48 hrs to be cleaned. I spent 4 hrs cleaning it myself. Trip hazards located around the pool. Missing cover located at pool skimmer. Damaged pool trim. A sharp broken knofe was locwted at pool deck. Pool deck was very dirty. Crab shells and food was found at pool deck. Broken bedroom drawers, dryer took 3 rounds to dry clothing, master...

"We woke up Saturday morning and decided to somewhere for spring break. We knew we wanted the Emerald Isle area as we have stayed there before. We found this property and booked for the next day. The process from start to end was easy and quick. The property was exactly what we expected from the pictures online and we had easy access to the beach and pool. The size was perfect for one family! The kids had a blast and we look forward to our next trip to the area! Would recommend this property...
