“Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. The location and price point were unbeatable for the Gatlinburg area. We wanted something far enough away from the crowds so as not to be overwhelming, and this rental definitely met that desire. It is a bit of a drive from most locations, so if you are wanting something within walking distance of downtown, this wouldn't be right for you. The condo has a little age, but nothing that created any problems or disappointment for our family. ”

“Perfect condo for myself, husband and daughter. We really just needed a place to lay our heads at night after a day of exploring and this was perfect for that. Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner also. The coupon book was also a very nice addition and the view was perfect. Highly recommend staying here. ”

“Fantastic stay! Beautiful view and great location. Had an issue with the a/c unit but it was resolved in a timely manner, other than that my husband and I had a great time! ”

“We enjoyed our stay here! It was perfectly located to where we needed to be for Dance Nationals at the LeConte Center. Checking in was seamless and everything was very neat and clean when we arrived. The communication was outstanding. The owner personally reached out to us to make sure that everything was satisfactory which made it feel personal instead of just being a renter from a company. The property grounds were very well kept and our girls favorite area was the playground and pool. We felt……

“The property was well kept. The condo was great. The few fokes that actually lived there where nice and welcoming. My girls had a blast catching fireflies in the evening. Both Gatlinburg and Pigeon forge where both with in a few minutes from the condo which was super awesome.”

“Debra is amazing with communication! We had to check in 2 days earlier than originally planned and she made it happen very easily! The waterfall is beautiful and the sound is so soothing! The condo was comfortable and we slept great on the beds. We saw a bear close by and it’s very easy access to downtown Gatlinburg of the national park! ”
