“As a historic property there are some limitations on space and amenities. Nevertheless, the property is located in the heart of Gatlinburg and quite convenient. What really makes it special is its warm and welcoming staff. This includes those who prepare an enjoyable breakfast buffet each morning.”

“We stayed one night in the honeymoon cottage. A last minute get away with my husband. It was so cute. The prefect little cottage. It was very clean and overlooks the river. We will def stay here again.”

“Hotel is in a terrific location water park is always a hit with the kids. They had some issues with leaking water pipes they are in the process of repairing; so the ceilings are different colors but didn't effect us just wasn't as nice when you look up. I'm sure they'll get that taken care of before our next visit. ”

“Pros: 1) room is pretty comfortable and clean. 2) Nice balcony and good river view. Cons: 1) Kind of noisy since it’s on the main street. 2) Be an early bird otherwise there will be a long line waiting for breakfast in the narrow room.”
