"The location was perfect with good bars/restaurants within an easy walking distance but away from any of the big crowds in Jaco. The black sand beach was amazing and literally just steps from the house. The interior was beautiful with lots of space inside and out for larger groups. Would highly recommend this house to anyone!"

"House is just ok, the pool is quite a ways away, so is not like you can relax while people are on the pool because you have to hike up to where it is...it is very small btw. But it was ok. The bathrooms had issues with water running all night and the door in the bathroom upstarts woke people up because it scratches the floor super loud. "Our overall impression was that this little boutique hotel has a lot of potential however it has not been cared for. It has a lot of maintenance issues and there were roaches on two of the rooms. The shark room sliding door wouldnt close. On our arrival we were told the hungalows were unavailable and no compensation was provided. Our group had to be inconvenienced but we had no choice but to deal with it since we were not notified prior to our arrival."
