“Good property for one night visit”

“Location was exactly where we needed for our daughter’s VCU Brand Center Graduation so this was super convenient and our other grown daughter was able to stay with us keeping the cost reasonable. Also had convenient low cost city parking. The rental had everything we needed and sofa bed linens and pillows were right out of the package. Communication was excellent and the folks onsite could not have been nicer. Highly recommend!”

“This timeshare/condo property was so lovely! Each morning we enjoyed driving a short distance to explore Jamestown, Colonial Williamsburg, and other local spots. Then we’d come back to our condo for lunch and afternoon swim time with the kids. The pool was always clean and filled with clean towels to use. The entire property was well maintained and lovely; wish we had made time to walk. One afternoon we saw like 5 deer on the property. My kids also enjoyed borrowing dvds and playing mini golf....

“I booked a 4 BR condo and upon arrival, it was actually 2 separate 2BR condos with one of those having the distinct smell of marijuana and cigarettes. I was offered another 2 2BR condos but elected to cancel the reservation with a full refund due to the resort not having the 4BR that is advertised.”

“The outside of the building is kind of rough and the lights didn't work so was it was a little hard to find in the dark. I guess that is why there isn't a picture of the building on the listing but that would have helped us find it. That being said that wasn't a big deal to us. Once we walked in we knew our weekend stay was going be rough. When opening the door there was an strong cigarette smoke odor. I messaged the owner and she appeared to be unaware of this issue. “We had to wipe down counters and bathrooms due to dust and insects were crawling on the walls and pillows of one bedroom. Otherwise the unit and stay was as expected.”

“Perfect for a larger group. Close to Busch Gardens, made the week easy.”

“The amenities offered at the resort greatly added to our stay here. We played mini golf, swam in the pool and explored the beautiful grounds. We didn’t get to take advantage of the restaurant as we came early in the week and they were closed. Great location close to all you need in the Williamsburg area!”
