"As our taxi pulled up to the hotel there was someone waiting to help us with our luggage. We were Also greeted with a cold glass of Sangria. The food was good. The entertainment was awesome. And the staff professional and took care of our issues right away. What I didn't like was that I had to leave."

"Resort was beautiful and very big so if you planned to go make sure you have in mind that you will walk to wherever your room is after 10:30 cause it’s when the transportation stops but my family and my kids had a blast I would recommend "

"From the moment we arrived, the service at this resort was nothing short of outstanding. Every team member we encountered—from the front desk to the wait staff—was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay unforgettable. The food was a standout highlight. Every meal, whether from the buffet or à la carte restaurants, was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We especially appreciated the variety offered each day—there was always something new and delicious to try. The resort itself is stunning. The grounds are meticulously maintained, the pools are clean and inviting, and the beach access couldn’t be more convenient. We also took full advantage of the spa and fitness center, both of which exceeded expectations. The only small critique would be the king bed—it was a bit firmer than we prefer. A softer mattress or plush topper would have made it perfect. Overall, this was one of the best all-inclusive experiences we’ve ever had. This was our second time and we intend to return in the future! "
