Staff was very attentive, genuine, and kind! Activities always a fun time! They had pool games, pool fitness, volleyball games on the beach, etc. I recommend this stay when traveling to Mexico!"

"The cleaning crew, the restaurant crew, the bar crew were great but the front desk staff the crew at the entrance and at the lobby they make you feel disconnected at all times if they see a white or black people they even welcome them with a glass of champagne but if they see you Mexican they are totally un respectful and make you feel unwelcome. I stayed at Riu Lupita before and they are amazing on every aspect!!"
