Great chalet, would definitely return!
The property is perfectly situated for easy ski in/ski out access. Chalet was exactly as described and had no issues whilst staying. The hosts are lovely and were very responsive to our queries. Overall a delightful stay and would definitely rebook if returning to the same area :)

Great location for skiing
We had a great stay. The best about this is chalet is its location ... right next to the slopes. We leave home with the skiis on our feets. Our teenagers had a great time and really enjoyed the freedoom of leaving and arriving from skiing as they wished. No need for parents to pick up or drop. Charlanne and Kevin are great hosts. Thank you!

We had a great time in this chalet which was conveniently located by the slopes down to La Tzoumaz. Three bedrooms and a sauna which was a nice plus. Only missing piece of equipment was a hairdryer, otherwise it had all we needed

Great chalet with excellent access to the ski slopes
Suited our needs with good kitchen facilities, nice area for relaxation, always warm with hot water and as sauna as well. Enjoyed the convenience of skiing to & from outside the door with easy access to La Tzoumaz village.

The chalet is next to the piste, has all amenities, everything was functional and has everything you need. The heating is great especially the heated floors.

Tzoumaz great little find !
Loverly chalet , with true ski in/out above Tzoumaz village but with easy access to 4 valleys skiing and to chalet by car , great views of valley , really cosy and so convenient , hosts really helpful

Relaxing and convenient
We stayed here for 1 week with our two children (ages 9&10) and were very happy with our stay. The home was clean with reliable appliances, comfortable beds, hot showers and a cozy fireplace. The ski in/ski out convenience made our holiday so much easier (especially with children) and the warm room for boot and ski storage was a real plus when gearing up to leave and when returning. The sauna was also a real treat after a cold day in the snow. Charlanne was easily reachable and answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly.

Wonderful Chalet right next to the slopes!
The Chalet is very cosy. The open plan area is very convenient for a large family. There are many small touches that add up to an incredible stay such as the sauna, the cupboard that warm you ski shoes in the garage, the really good sound system on which we played our Christmas music. There is a small slope running 2 meters from the front door that leads to the main slope 200 meters away. Perfect! Everything is very quiet up there, the perfect place to disconnect from day to day life.

little gem of a chalet
Had a wonderful week at this lovely chalet Snow was great so we could ski too and from the door which was a real bonus. The chalet has everything you need for a family ski trip and the hosts were very easy to communicate with through the app. Highly recommended

Great Family location as promised
We went early in the season, booked our stay from the 23rd Dec till the 7th Jan. Due to it being early in the season we had to walk 100m to the slopes to start skiing; same location as the friendly bar with great hot dogs for kids and nice "hot" chocolate (including rum) for adults. The accommodation was as promised; great views, great location in the village. Being there over New Years eve we were also able to experience the surrounding valleys fireworks all from the comfort of the chalet. The grocer in the village has a monopoly and charges can be hefty, so if you driving in, we would recommend stocking up on groceries before heading up to La Tzoumaz. Excited to stay there again.

Chalet très confortable. Proximité immédiate des pistes. Propriétaire très sympathique, disponible et arrangeante. Chalet très propre (juste le canapé un peu fatigué) Literie excellente. Chalet bien chauffé beaucoup d espace Prévoir une voiture pour aller à la supérette. Une très bonne adresse. Nous conseillons vivement !

für Skifahrer perfekt, für Familien mit Kindern beschränkt empfehlenswert
Das Haus war super. Direkt an der Skipiste, bedeutet: Haus verlassen, Ski montieren und ab gehts. Da wir mit Familie aus Brasilien da waren und die (inklusive meiner Frau) Sonne lieben war die Lage des Hauses weniger optimal. Zu dieser Jahreszeit (Januar) kaum Sonne. Das Haus selbst bietet fast alles was man sich wünscht für Ferien in den Bergen: Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine. Was uns gefreut hätte, wären ein Raclette Ofen und ein Fondue Rechaud gewesen. Auch wäre es super toll wenn 1-2 Schlitten vorhanden wären. Dann könnte man zumindest mit den Kindern (auch am Abend, nach Geschäftsschluss) bei Mondschein den Schlittelweg direkt neben dem Haus nutzen. Für Kinder hat es viele Spiele im Haus, das ist toll. Meine Empfehlung: Wenn die ganze Familie Ski fährt: dann ist dieses Haus ein Juwel. Was in La Tzoumaz am meisten gefallen hat ist die super Schlittelpiste. Zu zweit auf einem Holzschlitten ist es fast unmöglich zu bremsen, deshalb empfehlen wir unerfahrenen Schlittlern Bobs mit Bremsen im lokalen Sportgeschäft zu mieten. Wer schlittelerfahren ist MUSS unbedingt einen Holzschlitten mieten. Die Geschwindigkeit die man erreicht ist sensationell. Die Vermieter waren super schnell im Beantworten von Fragen via SMS. Die Wegbeschreibung zum Haus könnte einfacher und klarer sein: Von Riddes aus immer Richtung La Tzoumaz. Im Dorf angekommen die Abzweigung rechts nach oben fahren bis zur Bar XXX beim Kreisel, dann 100m weiter oben auf der linken Seite.

Belle cheminée au salon, mais pas de bois, dommage pour un 5 étoiles, et les infos d'arrivée et du chalet complètement en Anglais, pour une station romande, bof. Système D et débrouille toi comme tu peux

We stayed in Chalet Marie in Feb 2016 with 4 adults and 3 children (age 6-11) and found the chalet just perfect. The crockery and furniture could use an update and the room/mezzanine at the first floor is not ideal for 3 kids (/adults) but besides that everything is working fine, the fire place and sauna are a treat after a day skiing and the genuine ski in/out and garage/ski locker also made our stay very comfortable despite lots and lots of snow. Also the direct contact with the owner via SMS was polite, fast and convenient. If our group is the same size next year we will return for sure.

Très beau chalet confortable avec belle vue
Le chalet est idéal pour 6 personnes car la quatrième chambre est sur une mezzanine en liaison avec le séjour; nous avons apprécié la grande chambre avec sa salle de bains particulière, la vue magnifique, le garage bien équipé pour le ski avec casier chauffé pour les chaussures, le sauna Nous avons regretté l'orientation plein nord qui en cette fin d'année et malgré 4 jours de grand beau temps nous a privé du soleil toute la journée Nous n'avons pas eu assez de neige mais le chalet est bien situé pour partir et revenir à ski; nous avons apprécié la navette gratuite pour se rendre au départ de la télécabine et au village pour les courses L'équipement de la cuisine n'est pas suffisant pour 8 personnes
