"Perfect for myself, mom and two teenage daughters. Conveniently Located. Warm and cozy. The only negative I’d say is the beds were harder than we like. Other than that, next time I visit Erie, we will be staying again!"

"The guest house was conveniently located to Rt 86, yet was very remote and quiet. This was our first stay at a Vrbo, and check-in/out and the stay went smoothly. The living area was spacious and clean. The bed was against the wall on one side and the mattress seemed a bit slanted, otherwise it was comfortable. "Perfect quaint apartment that’s hidden in the trees yet still very close to town and just a walk to the lake. For someone who loves the woods and the beach, this location is for you. Dave was very kind during our stay and helpful since I wasn’t familiar with the area. The apartment was extremely clean as well. Will definitely consider coming back!"

The only constructive feedback I would offer is to include a pic of the outside of rental as it was a little less to be desired and to try and remedy odor in stairway to unit. "We stayed for a long weekend to see the eclipse. We had a small issue with the lockbox checking in but they were super quick to rectify that as the owner lives next door. We loved the grounds because it gave my 2 year an opportunity to explore. The house is up on a hill so you do get a nice little view of the lake as well. It’s an old farm house and it has a lot of charm. Everything we needed was provided. It is also close to all the wineries in North East. I would definitely stay there again!"

"This cabin was just what we wanted! Close to Jamestown and Bemus Point for sightseeing. Short drive to Long Point State Park, where we went fishing. The cabin was so peaceful and clean. The deck was awesome to sit and have coffee in the morning and glass of wine in evening , with an automated awning. We went in October and there are trees all around, The foliage was beautiful. "A charming place to stay. We were at a drift event at Lake Erie Speedway (15min drive) so it was very convenient & quiet after a noisy day at the track. My granddaughter enjoyed seeing all the wildlife including a bald eagle."
