"Arrived in the dark & struggled to open the electric gate – fob in the key safe! The 24-hour WhatsApp didn’t respond for 12-hrs. Villa lovely, although had major issues - electricity blew multiple times/day for 5 days first week. No response from WhatsApp (no number to call) - host was quick with emails. Said to reset meters but wouldn’t work. One night, this stopped working & had electricity only for fridges & fans (few worked). No air con in August was uncomfortable. Asked for additional fans...

"Overall the villa was lovely and had everything we needed. The only thing we could suggest is a few lightweight fold up sun loungers/chairs to use at the pool be provided. Location was excellent for both pool and commercial centre. Petur was very helpful and friendly."

"We have been trying to stay at Rachel’s villa for the last few years but it’s always fully booked but we managed to stay for 4 days as there was availability in between other bookings. The villa is in such a quiet area and we had stayed a few doors down in a bigger villa a few years back and had the most relaxing holiday ever. "Fantastic villa, very peaceful but close to amenities and the beach (car required). Set in large grounds with plenty of shade, if needed. Superbly appointed with a large, very clean pool. Great communication before and all the way through the stay. This was my second visit and will definitely be returning. Couldn’t recommend highly enough."

"We booked this property very last minute as had a water leak where we currently were. We were able speak to the owner on the phone as soon as we booked who told us everything we needed to know. In all honesty we thought for the price it was going to be too good to be true - how wrong we were! The advert under sells the property, it was even better in person. "Great villa great location air con a god send.Fridge could have been bigger and could have been colder.Comunication was great but had to wait half an hour for check in.Had problem with pool 2nd day but was sorted immediately. Overall a great villa and a fantastic holiday. Also owner let us have a later check out."

"We stayed as a family of 5 with youngest aged 11. We loved the villa and the description was spot on. Very quiet area which suited us perfectly and we hired a car to get to the beaches etc . As described there is some construction going on the area and there was opposite us but we are fairly early risers so it really didn’t disturb us. The hosts were excellent with contact and the villa is so well stocked, it really is a home from home. Would Definately stay again!"

"The property was stunning - white, light and bright. Modern with everything to enjoy a week of peace and quiet, with an abundance of everything. Terraces, splash pool, sun beds, cooking facilities including a bbq. Minutes away from a lovely golf course and easy access to the coast. However, there were a few problems which I’m sure will be fixed. The top terrace pergola covering was damaged which was inconvenient as it was too hot to sit out. The ground floor bathroom door would not stay closed...

"Lovely villa, hosts Ruben & Katy were great. Our only comment about the Villa is, it would benefit from another two sunbeds. Ruben & Katy tried to source for us, but unfortunately they couldn't. Having a car would be advisable if anyone stays in Quesada, as there is no public transport. Well none that shows up. This is not a reflection on the Villa, just extra information. There is a couple of bars 2mins from the villa, and another three 10mins walk away. Centre of town is about a 15min walk,...

"Lovely villa, secure and quiet (some barely noticeable road noise). Well equipped, even a washing machine and dishwasher. Fabulous pool and plenty of seating, pool toys, etc available. Quite a few mosquitos in the evenings at this time of year (September). All in all a lovely property; would recommend."

"Property is welcoming and homely. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. It is well situated for walking into Quesada and the surrounding areas by car. The kitchen is well equipped and the sofa very comfy, we uses the spacious solarium regularly and went to the huge communal pool which was chilly due to the time of year. As constructive criticism we (as a pair of ladies) would have appreciated a full length mirror, but other than that an entirely pleasant stay"

"Really good stay. If I had one complaint I would say hair-dryer. Having to hold your thumb hard on dryer on to keep it going was very difficult. This is not accessible for all especially with thumbs with arthritis. However my daughter in law also felt it tiresome. We’re not used to having to hold thumbs tight on anything. Coffee in room would be good too. "
