"Everything was excellent, highly reximmend. Free bike rentals, snacks in room, superior service, secure baggage hold. A lot to walk to including the theatre across the street. Staff were not only welcoming, friendly and helpful, you can tell Manager Brian tales pride in the place and staff as their attitide while working was always cheery and professional. "No contact check-in, but there was some in the lobby to assist. Needed room key to operate elevator, which is a nice touch. Room was well appointed with multiple plugs and USB ports. Desk, chair, safe, microwave, fridge. Coffee maker but only decaffeinated available. Attached restaurant / bar with very good food. "
