"Would not recommend to anyone. Toilet was full of piss, both towels were super dirty and the bed was full of animal hair. I stayed out of necessity and was very lucky to had bring my own blanket to put on top of their dirty sheets. There was also roaches everywhere. "

"Yet there was constructions going on if you follow the gps correctly you won’t have a problem. From entrance to room everything was clean and nice. Very convenient to shopping and other stores. We loved the garage security and covered parking. The cantera shops are right across. "
"The hotel has a great location right on the river. The breakfast restaurant on the river is amazing with delicious food and good service. Overall, the hotel is well maintained, though it could use a bit of renovation in some areas. The service throughout was excellent.
The only major downside was the parking, it’s extremely expensive and hope the hotel considers reducing the price."
"Great place, the only issues was the prices for the room, FOOD, and parking, all together are so EXPENSIVE . Room/ok, cleaning /ok. All installation lobby, restaurant, etc, are great. "
"Awesome hotel. Lived the high ceiling in the room. Complimentary hot breakfast and happy hour. Rooftop pool. Walkable to shops and restaurants on River Walk. Easy, affordable parking. Staff was very nice and helpful. Loved the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the room. "
"We arrive really late at night due to complications with our travel. Everyone was very accommodating to our needs for such a long day of traveling. The next day we walk the riverfront and I looked up and saw a really cool rooftop pool along the water and wished that our hotel. Later that day we went to the pool and I realized it was the same hotel. The rooftop pool along the riverside was such a fun way to relax after a hot day in the sun for events. Everything was easy to navigate. Valet staff was on point with quick retrieval of our car and they are very helpful loading and unloading. The hotel was clean. We loved our stay. "
