A two floor house with a sitting/dining room opening onto a patio/terrace with a large private garden. However, please note that the garden is overlooked by a large window in the next door house, Casa Grande.

On the first floor, there is a terrace, a living/dining room with fireplace and kitchen.

On the ground floor there are two bedrooms (one double room + one twin room) with two bathrooms.

From the ground floor you access another but small private garden, sunny all day.

In the grounds for your use is table football, a ping pong table, a soccer (football) field, a basket ball area and a playground for children.

However, 2 kms away is the village of Strettura, where you can find a butcher, a baker and a grocery store plus 4 restaurants !
