"The location is excellent. It is close to the center of Newport and its many excellent restaurants. The staff are always available and knowledgeable. The room, although on the old side, was comfortable and had a wonderful view of the harbor. We did have a problem with a sticky door, but the staff immediately took care of it. In all a very enjoyable stay."

The lights were a dated style and the bulbs did not matching in brightness in several locations, even when they were on the same switch. Additionally, the bathrooms and closet could use a deep clean as they were dusty. The beds were comfortable and clean."

"This was a great place to stay in Newport. Convenient to lots of great restaurants and points of interest, we walked most everywhere we went. The pool access was great for our small kids who are ocean waders but not yet ocean swimmers. The view was wonderful and we enjoyed the roof access for sunrise and sunset."

"We booked a 2 bedroom condo for 3 nights. When we checked in, we were told we would be moved on the last night, but that's not what the listing stated. After a long conversation with the front desk, it was clear that they were not going to change their minds. Something about deeded properties and time shares. Nothing that was stated in the listing. The person we booked through VRBO stated that they would keep us in the same room, but after discussing it with the front desk again, nope, untrue....
